This company doesn’t care about their customers time. I use this company before so I figure that I should use them again. A slot of 9-11 was given to me but wasn’t honored. I called before 11 and after 11. Then their electrician told me that he wouldn’t be there until 1:30-2:00 even though I was given a time slot. They were rude and hung up on me. Once I put my review I was called over and over to take this review down. As I said before I believe they work well in residence but this made me think twice from the constant calls and arguments. It’s not professional.

These guys climbed up a tiny hole in my attic and serviced my attic fan. Came out and diagnosed it on Tuesday and came back next day and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend them. 1 year labor and 3 year parts warranty!!!!

Such great electricians! They came to my house without delay because I badly needed them to help me solve my lighting issues, and it was the night at that time. They even noticed a different wiring issue and fixed that as well. I highly recommend these electricians!

We needed to change our range from Gas ro electric. JJ from Golden Electrical came out the next day for the quote and scheduled us that same week for the service. While the service was being completed we also had him quote our old Electrical panel and exterior meter for an upgrade from 100amp to 200amp. Upon ordering their materials, they came out and finished the service. We are vary happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend ?

Hello, I had some electric outlet issues in our bathrooms. One day out of no where the outlets stopped working. Upon checking out the panel it seemed like the switch had tripped. But even when it was reset no power. Called on Thursday evening and got the date and time I was hoping for. On time and very quickly resolved the issues, replacing the outlets and the panel fuse in no time. Also giving time to go over some other issues and things that I need to get installed.Very professional, on time, friendly and courteous. Also, found the price of all of this work reasonable.Thank you, you will deff be hearing from me soon for the other things we talked about.

Reposting a deleted review - accidentally left it using the wrong email address!They are booked out several weeks in advance, which, while it is inconvenient for me, speaks to how popular they are. I have used Gen3 several times over the last few years and have found them to always be very responsive to inquiries, always on time, and always communicative. I dont find that they'll charge unnecessarily and they seem to always be fair with their assessments. For example, a few years ago, I asked for a technician to come out and fix a ceiling fan install from the year before. When he came out, he fixed it, but did not charge anything for the fix.With this most recent install, I needed an overhaul of my electric system, which was old, out of date, and sad. Aaron was on time and FAST...had everything done in about 5 hours.Also - online booking! Huge plus.10 out of 10, would recommend.

This is the third time I’ve used iTech to do some electrical repairs around my home and each time they do a great job! They’re very professional and knowledgeable and they have fair prices. Anytime i need anything electrical repairs done I will continue to use iTech.

Had to return to my house multiple times for to correct mistakes. Scratched the floors when moving furniture, and were not apologetic or took any accountability for scratching our floors. Walked off job before it was complete. To top it off, did not adhere to any of the COVID sanitation policies listed on their website.

My vote is 5 stars in all categories with Raya Electric! I had a shopping list of electrical work that needed to be done. I had a Ring doorbell installed, new electrical outlets wired on my front porch, three-way switch enhancements and new light installed in my coat closet. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and provided a detail explanation of the repair with options. Finally, they cleaned up and patched up afterwards.

My entire home had knob and tube wiring and it all needed to be replaced. Live Wire did a great job replacing all the electrical and adding in additional outlets as well as installing internet drops throughout the house and an integrated Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide detectors. Professional work, great communication and done in a timely manner. Would absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone that asks.

I had 2 ceiling fans and 1 light installed for a very reasonable price. The electrician was efficient, fast and polite. They were backed up with work but still came out, thank you.

I called yesterday, late on a Saturday afternoon, believing that I needed emergency service. Arthur answered the phone and I explained what was going on. He suggested that I call the local power company first and it turned out the issue was with them. It was a huge relief to be walked through the problem to the solution!! Especially a free solution!! To me this demonstrated a true professionalism and integrity. I’ve heard often enough people complain about the ‘high cost’ of hiring an electrician but Arthur’s assistance was priceless.
