We had issues with random flickering lights in the house, and this electrician made the tricky diagnosis and fixed the problem. They also made/suggested an electric meter box replacement due to its age as soon as possible. Their assessment was honest, and the work was excellent!

Ilir responded to request for service promptly, did a thorough testing to identify the problem carbon monoxide/smoke detector system, and remedied the issues to ensure that we could sleep easy knowing that our system was working correctly again.I would recommend Ilir and Alba Electric to anyone looking to fix any electrical problems they may have in their home.

The overall process and experience with Gen3 is what I expected of a premium company. I enjoyed the sales experience as options were provided to me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and was comfortable with. Bill and his apprentice did a fantastic job with the work and it has me thinking about doing a few more projects with them. Would definitely use Gen3 again for my electrical work.

Edison was very nice, prompt, and personable. Not annoyed by my many questions and had some interesting stories of his own to share. He handled my light and ceiling fan as if he has been doing it for years (surprise). Very clean neat and accurate work. I felt more like he was a guest in my house. I also loved that he gave quotes over the phone.

They did not resolve the issue. They came three times and switched outlets, charged for them and left. The problem (lights turning off) was not solved and kept recurring. They do not have the expertise to trouble shoot or resolve the issue. Their most experienced electrician does not come to site and tries to trouble shoot over the phone. The nice people who come only know how to change outlets and charge for it.

The technician was prompt, courteous and pleasant.
He was professional, proficient and competent in the execution of his work.
His explanation of what needs to be done was delivered in a simple but concise manner.

I can't speak highly enough of Raya Electric and Mr. Yolantes work and professionalism. He upgraded us from fuses to a circuit breaker. I would not hesitate to use him for future electrical work. He is local and timely. Don't waste time searching for anyone else.

Can't recommend Live Wire Electric enough! We were able to set up dates for inspection/estimate and work in a timely fashion and final quotes were delivered within 48 hours.
