I recently rehabbed a house in Fishtown. Lauterborn Electric handled the electric from the outside service down to the under counter lighting in my kitchen when they completely rewired my place. They were always on time and stayed on schedule for completing the project. Larry and his sons took the time to work with me to layout all of the lighting elements in the house. The end result was a professional and clean look. If you want a contractor who cares about the end result, these are your guys.

Panel was being overloaded so I needed to upgrade to a 200amp panel. Called and was scheduled an appointment to come out to my house the very next day. The worker Ben was on time, very polite and professional. I was pleased with all the work they did. Highly recommend !

Alba Electic did a fantastic job in installing power to our garage. We now have new strip lighting, new circuit boxes, indoor and outdoor sockets, and outdoor security lighting. The company was always professional, responsive, and punctual, from the initial phone call, through assessment, to actual performance of the work. High recommendation.

Figured we would use Gen3 to figure out why our AC unit was emitting a cigarette smell since they had good reviews online.Terrible idea! We paid $75 just to “get someone to our house”- mind you, Gen3 is less than 1 mile away from my house. A repairman proceeded to walk through our house with his equipment and state he’d let us know what his thoughts were. This took less than 10 minutes and he had no clear solutions or answer for us, including no services he could provide to definitively deal with the issue at hand. Then he proceeded to tell us after the fact that we owe another $100 that does not include the $75 we pay up front.So altogether we paid $175 for no services to be done to our AC unit, which now stopped working a few days after this repairman came.Whatever you do, find another repair service that is up front and honest about their prices and fees. Extremely upset that we wasted our time and our money with this company.

Hired iTech electric after our chandelier lights stopped working (they were sparking when turned on). Setting up an appointment was easy, they arrived on time and helped fix the issue (while clearly explaining what the issue was). Will be using them again!

Fantastic service from Brandon Electric. Quote was a good value, crew was always on time, and everyone was friendly and made sure we knew exactly what they were doing. Their work was also very clean, minimizing holes in the drywall, and they patched everything up nicely at the end. Would highly recommend.

GEN3 and its technicians, Evan and Brandon, were wonderful to work with. Not only did they do a great job replacing our electrical panel and installing fixtures throughout the house, they were punctual, respectful, and fun to work with. When you have tradespeople in your home, it's always nice to feel safe and develop a rapport with them. These guys not only know electricity they know how to deal with people, which is a huge bonus -- but it shouldn't be! Highly recommend.

My entire home had knob and tube wiring and it all needed to be replaced. Live Wire did a great job replacing all the electrical and adding in additional outlets as well as installing internet drops throughout the house and an integrated Smoke Detector/Carbon Monoxide detectors. Professional work, great communication and done in a timely manner. Would absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone that asks.

I don't have enough kind and amazing words to say about Express power. John and Eric were by far the best contractors I have ever had in my home. Firstly, John came right out to my house to give me a formal estimate of a complete house re-wire to replace old knob and tube and to upgrade to 200 amp service. The price was by far better than the 3 other quotes I received. They were able to change scheduling when I had issues with the closing on my house which was so helpful and accommodating. The work was done in an incredibly clean manner and they explained everything as the work progressed. They left the home completely clean from all material and trash. John and Eric were very respectful, kind, and generous even helping us with extra patch work in drywall. From the beginning I knew I wanted to go with a local business to do our work on our new home. We went with YHS and all I can say is that they are 100% the best!From the beginning, someone came out to do an estimate on our home and the work we would need. There was no attempt to upsell, but instead a welcoming young man who was very well informed, explained things to us, and was also able to give us a quote on the spot. Once we got our permits from the township, they came in and did a great job. Our guys were so professional, worked diligently and did not once complain or say anything inappropriate. They checked and double checked their work to make sure everything was in working order, and even cleaned up when they were complete with the job!These guys are exactly the type of business that I love to work with: honest, punctual, professional, sociable, and extremely awesome.
