Best Home Electrical Maintenance in Philadelphia PA

Larry, Larry, and Ryan just finished rewiring our home yesterday and we could not be more satisfied with their work. We used Lauterborn Electric to completely rewire our entire home. The guys did a great job. When we purchased our home in South Philly we were told that everything, including the electric, was up to date. Fast forward to us taking out some crumbling plaster only to discover that the entire home still had knob and tube wiring. We contacted a few different companies to get quotes. Larry came out for an in-home walkthrough and gave us a competitive quote for the work. We went with them because they had great reviews, were local to the city, and they had a positive attitude. They're also a family owned company which is reassuring. They secured the necessary permit from the city for us and had the rough wiring done just a few days after that. They let us know exactly what we had to do on our end before they came back for the final install and completion. On the day of the final install they were patient with us when we had to run out and get some last minute supplies that we should have had on hand. They did one final test, made sure the dimmers dimmed, and sent an email explaining which switches were which since their handwriting was tough to read. All in all, I couldn't recommend Lauterborn Electric enough. If we ever need any electric work down the road we'll be calling them again.

I guess that they are fine electricians, But I had an issue with a young guy texting while attempting to drive up the busy Cheltenham Ave during afternoon,I called the main office as the young guy blindly went thru another intersection involved with his phone, And the guy in the office blew me off before I could even relay the tag number,Office truly does not care about their techs professionalism.Van tag # allstr1Watch out !

Ron and Alex were very professional and helped me add 2 outlets to our office. They made the outlets look like they have been there forever. Great job and very nice to work with!

I lost power a week before GE Electrical replaced and upgraded my service/panel. Edmond came by on a Sunday night around 10pm to see what caused my problem. He identified it and got the power back on. He recommended service and panel replacement because the panel was old and corroded. I agreed to have the panel replaced and upgraded. The crew showed up at the specified time and did a great job. I recommend highly.

Ilir and his team do great work. Very transparent and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and workmanship. Everything was completed neatly and quickly. I can’t wait to have them back for my next project.

The first tech who visited us was not helpful (hence the 4* for Gen3) but when I called the company about it, they sent someone else to look at our heating issue. The second tech, John Yeomans, was very professional, friendly and kind. He answered all my questions (and I ask a lot of stuff) and made me feel like we were in good hands. He had very good suggestions and so far the heat is working again.

Have used Blessing for many years and always pleased with their service. Had a generator installed in 2014 which was extremely helpful during recent storms and outages.
