Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away. Talking about phenomenal service- First I am very critical and I’m never satisfied so for me to write a five star review means that you have to trust what I say. The 2 gentleman who did the work were Ashfor and Manny(I hope I’m getting the names right) in any event this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor by far FIRST they showed up at the time they say they were going to show up they call me when they’re leaving there location then they call me when he gets to my location and they just come right in and get to work straight business but very pleasant respectful gentlemen. I felt very comfortable with them being here I even told my boyfriend and my son that they didn’t need to be here I was OK being home by myself they didn’t have to come over that’s how comfortable they made me. Now let’s get to the work that they did: They gave me new doorbell installation new outside light installation every single one of my sockets and light switches were replaced they installed a brand new fuse box And (Labeled it For Ya Girl) They got me a new box for the outside of my house electrical box I don’t know what it was but they redid that. When the final day Manny had to do another job so Ashfor worked by himself ?I was nervous because I knew what he had to do and I was worried that he would get exhaustion or something BUT when I tell you he KNOCKED IT OUTTA THE PARK?? I mean he did that thing. So overall what I am saying is if you need any electrical work done any contracting work done you need to put your resources into A M Electric!!!! Oh did I mention i’m a neat freak I have OCD probably from working in a hospital but I will say that when these two gentlemen left my house you couldn’t even tell that it was any kind of work done at all they took two fans down out of two of my back bedrooms and replace them with dome lights you could not even tell that the ceiling was even disturbed let alone there was not a trace of trash particle plaster nothing on the carpet or in the regular floor because one room has carpet any other one has a plank floor nothing no trash no nothing they completely cleaned it up . Trust me I don’t give phony reviews because as I said before I’m never satisfied and the only time I give a review is if I’m really satisfied or not satisfied at all there’s no in between. GIVE THEM A ? I PUT MY OWN REPUTATION ON THIS SERVICE THEY ARE ABOUT THEY’RE BUSINESS ??????- Thx Monica-

My husband and I were really disappointed to find out after the inspection of our future home that it would need to be completely rewired for safety purpose. We needed trustworthy electricians to get it done fast, well, and for a reasonable price so we could enjoy our first home as homeowners with peace of mind. We got three different quotes from Gen3 with different tiers of service and cost. I sent those quotes to multiple electricians to see if they could do better on price. iTech got back to me immediately. They said they would only do the top tier job so they could bring us up to code AND said they'd do it for 5k less than the Gen3 guys! Tony, Edison, and crew were responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, quick, thorough, and thoughtful in their work. They treated our home as if it were their own and cleaned up each time they left. They were flexible with our schedule and tolerant of our two small dogs even though the little one can be a little unwelcoming. They will be taking care of the electric in our house from now on. In fact, I called Tony today because we had a small problem with the bathroom switch. He came out right away and replaced the switch! Just like that! Thanks so much, iTech. Thanks for helping make our house feel like a home.

John installed all the lighting fixtures around the outside of my house. It was a job I felt I may be able to do, but might take a whole weekend. Instead, I thought I would consult an electrician to get the job done quick and right. He exceeded my expectations and was done in less than an hour. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was very reasonable and I will surely be giving him more business since I would like to put grounds on all my outlets and install outlets in my bathroom.

Louis came out converted my 120v outlet to a 240v outlet to run my dining room Air conditioning unit. Very nice and knowledgeable

These guys are great. They're fast and the pricing was good. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage to charge my new PHEV. I called them Friday afternoon and someone came Saturday morning to not only give an estimate, but also did the job on the spot. The price was lower than I had expected based on other estimates I've received. I highly recommend these guys for your electrical needs.
