They never called me. Once someone assumed he answered my question via EMAIL, I responded, letting him know he assumed wrong, but not once did they call me, even after several follow ups on my part. I went as far as requesting they provide a number of person that will be handling my quote as this is the only way to avoid unwanted SPAM. Zip, nada. They were not interested in assisting me and never heard back. No one likes to be ignored but at end of day, the lesson is on me as I contacted them a few years back, same result.

Gino was very knowledgable and fast. He knew what we needed and fixed the problem immediately. He even came back out a few days later because I needed more help. He is absolute the BEST! We will be using All Star for all of our electrical needs and recommend them 100%!

When the power in one full wall (Basement to Second Floor) went out, I contacted my warranty company. They sent a tech out (after taking my service fee) and the tech did NOTHING. So I was left without power for over a week.Now, how do I know the first tech did NOTHING????Well when I reached out to Protech, they contacted me and said they would be over first thing the next morning. They were on time and considerate of my home, by putting on booties before they walked in my door.next they assessed the situation and after explaining the consultation fee to me, they said they could fix the problem the same day!!And that they did, in under an hour.....!!What the first tech failed to do, Protech ensured they did, and that was find the root cause of the power failure. Turned out it was a faulty outlet. They replaced the outlet and now I have power again, and I owe it all to Protech Electrical Services!!Do not hesitate to contact them. They are quick, respectful, walk you through the process, and timely.I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues going forward.

During the outlet & switches replacement, these electricians noticed the plug on an appliance was worn and replaced it at no charge. They were on time, quick, efficient and knowledgeable in their field of work. I'll be recommending them!

I lost power a week before GE Electrical replaced and upgraded my service/panel. Edmond came by on a Sunday night around 10pm to see what caused my problem. He identified it and got the power back on. He recommended service and panel replacement because the panel was old and corroded. I agreed to have the panel replaced and upgraded. The crew showed up at the specified time and did a great job. I recommend highly.

Recently moved into an old house (1901) with outdated electric. Problems arose the day before settlement and Steve with TE sent someone out within hours. They analyzed the problem and provided an immediate quote. Following settlement, Dimitri began work and caught several major issues - the biggest being an ungrounded house with a bad negative connection. Once renovations began, he walked me through the issues and the best solutions. This was a major expense, so long the way, Dimitri looked for ways to cut costs and save me a few $$$. Overall, couldn't be happier with the communication, response time, and quality of service!

I found Master Elextricians through a recommendation of a friend's who had work done on a remodel. They went above and beyond, even when I had questions about a job out of town, they took the time to do a phone consultation to help me.

We were having an electrical panel problem( I thought), so I called 3 electricians, 1st & 3rd never return my call, the 2nd one gave me all kinds of BS, and didn’t show up at all.I called Campbell, Al answer the call, and told me we’ll be there in 1/2 hour, sure enough Al came in 1/2 hour, went directly to the panel & told me there’s nothing g wrong with it, amp is not enough and told me to call PECO( I did & they came & fixed the problem).Thank you Campbell and 5 star to Al, very profesional, caring & funny.

Tony and his team we’re phenomenal! Tony is incredibly responsive, they were efficient, and did a high-quality job fast. I really appreciated his attention to detail and openness to our questions throughout the process (installed ~30 recessed lights, updated outlets/switch plates, moved wiring). Today I was truly blessed to have been given five star service by Mr. Fisher & company! I really appreciate when I'm able to find a reliable, professional, and courteous company that takes pride in doing good work, because it's becoming a rare thing more & more these days! My breaker panel was 33 years old, as long as the house was built, & was totally burning out! It was irritating all month long with the circuit continually cutting off & on, so I knew it was about to go any day. I thank God it didn't spark a fire or anything for the past years that it's been in such poor condition! I'd always worried that one day the worse might happen, or it would just go out & catch me off guard before I could save enough money to get it fixed.So yesterday I called Mr.Barry, and I appreciated the fact that he personally answered, & he said he could come out the next morning, He called the next morning to confirm the time he'd arrive & he was on time. He treated me with such kindness & respect, especially when working out a reasonable price, so that it allowed me to work with what I had to get the new panel. He did a great job! He will be coming back soon to do more work for me. I thank God, & you again Mr. Fisher that finally, I can leave home & sleep peacefully knowing all is well; and that I have someone I can trust to care for all my future electrical needs.
