I reached out to Protech Electrical in need of services for electrical maintenance to make sure everything was safe in my house before I began some home renovations. Renaldo and Malvin showed up on time and were both very professional and knowledgeable. They both do a fantastic job of talking you through what they are doing and why they are doing it. They replaced some outlets and performed a general maintenance check on all of the outlets in my house. The entire process took less than an hour. I am very impressed with their service and efficiency. I highly recommend this company to anyone worried about their home electrical wiring situation. These folks were friendly & responsive! They replaced the light switches in our main door in less than an hour, and it was a clean installation. I'm pleased with the service and would recommend them!

Miri & JJ came out today to repair faulty work down by another electrician. When they say they’ll be there by a certain time they actually mean it. Came out took a brief second to understand what the problem was and corrected it in less than half an hour. They as well explained what it was that they fixed and show you that all components are working. Highly recommend them as everyone’s electrician. You will not regret it!

Recently used GE Electrical service for a big job in the rear garage when GE eltc was called They were able to get to the ELECTRICAL job right away. the work was preformed professional neat and clean they are very dedicated to there company and threat customers like family. There estimate for the work preformed beat 3 other writen estimates so there prices are really fair i would recommend GE ELECTRICAL services to everyone and look forward to giveing them not olny my future business but my familys as well

They drove out here and cancelled because they couldn't find parking right next my house. There was parking a block away. I watched someone park 1 minute after they called me half a block up my street. All that needed to be done was to replace a couple outlets and to get a quote on some additional work for a later date. They complained to me that I scheduled them to come out when there was construction going on on an adjacent street, not even my street. As if I'm supposed to know when the city is doing construction a block up from my house.... They were extremely rude about it. This is Philly, parking is hard sometimes...

He and his assistant were very professional. He went out of his way to explain the task. His assessment over the telephone based on what I told him was accurate.He was neat and cleaned the work areas prior to leaving

Our Rep, Chris McDevitt, was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns, and diagnosed the issue in a timely manner. He explained the additional work that needed to be done and promptly scheduled a new appointment with us for Monday morning. More importantly, Chris would not leave until we were comfortable, by making sure that we had the comforts that were needed until the repairs on made tomorrow. Thank you Chris!

Had the team at Echo House come out to quote for my Tesla NEMA 14-50 outlet install - from quote to completion, they were a pleasure to work with. Not only was their method the least destructive (didn't have to rip open any walls, etc.), but they were the cheapest of the 5 quotes I received. Price was very fair for the labor and quality of the job. Also, I live in an apartment complex and they managed to complete the job by only turning my unit's power off. So, no headaches with my neighbors!I'd trust them with any electrical install going forward. You'd be dumb to not have them at least come quote your project.

Matt was very quick to respond to my inquiry and made time to visit my home the next day. He walked me through the work he’d completed when he was finished and made himself available if any follow up was required. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend this business and will absolutely use for any future electrical jobs I have.
