Mentor just installed 2 light fixtures for me. He arrived exactly on time. He was professional ,courteous and knowledgeable. Price was right, quoted me a good price on future service. Great experience as I only called early this afternoon. I have no doubt that we'l call for Mentor again.

Great job in upgrading our panel, relocating our meters, and adding power and breakers to a second building. Protech is the only team we will use for our home. They go above and beyond and do the little things to provide excellent customer service.

On July 12 the men came out to check my electric panel and charge me 55.00 dollars. I was ok with that but he said that if I wanted them to fix it, he would take 55.00 off my bill. And said he will send me a back down how much it would be to fix the panel. The he was going to send it that night. But he did not. So the next day I called him and ask him what happen I never the break down and he told me that he would email me the break down and I never got it. If he did not went the job,he should had said no I do not went the job I would have understood that but he should have never changed me if he was not going to take the job. I would understand if he took the money if I did not want the job done. I did not tell him yes; I wanted the job or noI did not want the job. I just need to figure out how I was going to pay him. If he does the right thing and give me back my money, I will let you guys know.And in the end they did right me!!Happy

I called FMJ to address an emergency (10/5/22). I really appreciate how thorough the technician was in troubleshooting and explaining the process from diagnostic to repair. I also appreciated the direct pricing.The true value in the service was how knowledgable, professional, courteous, and CLEAN the tech was. My tenant really appreciated it, just as much as I did. If the need arises I will be contacting them again!

Alba did my house in the mainline. He seemed fine at first but now that we moved in the house there are some issues / loose ends that he never finished. He is refusing to come back and has been dragging me for over 4 months now. Once he gets paid he will never come back.

My experience with DMS Electric was absolutely great from start to finish. I had Derek and his team install a bunch of lights/outlets, install/mount a bunch of TVs and other electrical work in a dental office. Everything was completed on time, on budget and turned out great! His team of electricians were always friendly, on time and easy to work with. We were having an electrical panel problem( I thought), so I called 3 electricians, 1st & 3rd never return my call, the 2nd one gave me all kinds of BS, and didn’t show up at all.I called Campbell, Al answer the call, and told me we’ll be there in 1/2 hour, sure enough Al came in 1/2 hour, went directly to the panel & told me there’s nothing g wrong with it, amp is not enough and told me to call PECO( I did & they came & fixed the problem).Thank you Campbell and 5 star to Al, very profesional, caring & funny.

Great service - Came the same day that I called, listened, was kind to my family and respectful of my house. Played detective to a home inspectors inaccurate claims, wrote up a clear and concise explanation and added a GFC outlet. I would hire them again in a second! Good, honest, friendly people!

tldr: Very good work, fair prices, will use them again!I am still entrenched in a bunch of projects for my new house but I realized journeying through experiences with the cash grab outfits, folks who clearly have no idea what they are doing (of course you don't know it until they've done something irretrievable to your house), etc, I ought to take some time to sing the praises of Kevin and Jimmy. I started out interviewing no less than 6 licensed and insured companies for the job; Citywide's pricing was fair, in line with the industry and I found I had a good feeling about them. I wasn't wrong.I worked primarily with Jimmy and Pat on a total replacement for my knob and tube wiring. I found that Jimmy was nothing short of fastidious in his work and many others in the business have complimented on the quality and attention to detail in the final product. My house was a full blown construction zone when Citywide was here but these guys took care of my house as if it was finished - I really appreciated that since a lot of others have treated everything around them as fixable or disposable, resulting in some very costly future repairs. Jimmy and Kevin even went out of their way to recommend I make certain decisions that would later support retaining the charm of the old house, which I can't tell you how grateful I am now for those pointers.I plan to use this company for many years to come; the attention to detail, care, and respect that Kevin, Jimmy, and Pat show is second to none.

From the beginning I knew I wanted to go with a local business to do our work on our new home. We went with YHS and all I can say is that they are 100% the best!From the beginning, someone came out to do an estimate on our home and the work we would need. There was no attempt to upsell, but instead a welcoming young man who was very well informed, explained things to us, and was also able to give us a quote on the spot. Once we got our permits from the township, they came in and did a great job. Our guys were so professional, worked diligently and did not once complain or say anything inappropriate.
