Our power went out due to an electric panel failure. Ep electric answered my call quickly and dispatched a technician right away to provide service. Dennis called to notify of his arrival time and arrived as stated (he was here within an hour of calling!). He was quick and efficient to diagnose the problem and remedy the situation. He was professional, polite, friendly, and super helpful!! He worked quickly to restore our power and cleaned up when he was finished. He even took time to answer all the little questions we had regarding the electricity. I would highly recommend Dennis and EP electric for electrical needs.

Tom did an amazing job with the laundry list of jobs we gave him in our fixer upper including replacing our electrical panel, repairing outlets in multiple rooms and repairing lights. He was on time, professional and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, showed pictures and explained his work and is very fairly priced! I would definitely hire At Home Electric again.

We had issues with our two electric outlets and junction box. These technicians came on promptly and were very informative about our electric set-up. After an hour of working, everything was working again correctly. I highly recommend the skills of these electricians!

Ed gave me a quote for replacing a seriously worn power line to my meter box from the PECO line on a Friday morning. Since I work from home and could not afford being without power during the week, he accommodated me with Saturday service. …next day!! In short he quoted and provide his service within one day…WOW!! Greg is an upstanding and thoughtful professional. I emailed him about what I thought was an innocuous electricity issue after hours on a Friday. Greg called me back on Sunday. He told me on the front end that he couldn't take the job because he was fully booked for a while out, but he was concerned about some of the issues I had mentioned in my email and wanted to talk me through it.He spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me (on his only day off!!) explaining how my electrical system works, what could be causing the issues, and why that could be a serious problem. He knew he wouldn't make any money on the call, yet he took time out of his day because he was concerned about my safety. And he explained everything, from the basics of electricity to the specifics of the issue I was experiencing, patiently and clearly. And it turns out he correctly diagnosed just over the phone!We're lucky to have an electrician like Greg in our community.

Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away.
