After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

We had new lights installed in our kitchen, added an outlet in our living room, and replaced some old outlets that were not working. We had a great experience with Fitzgerald Electrical Services. They were quick, professional, diligent and respectful. Electrician Keith came out to our house to fix two outlets. He discovered that when the house was built the proper wiring was not done and worked hard to correct the issue. In addition, I appreciated that the owner called to let us know ASAP, when the original service time had to be moved. I highly recommend this company.

Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Joe was absolutely amazing, he did an amazing job. He was very quick and thorough. He gave a great price, then a discount on top because I am a social worker. He also fixed me heat free of charge. Do NOT honer their Responsibility of their mistakes and will only care take your money and not refund even they know they did something wrong. Avoiding answer because they can not standard for self and avoid answer and taking responsibilities. if you do not believe me give them a try. More and more reviews can show up here.

UPDATE after the second claim visit and I'm pleased. The same two older gentlemen came out and completed the work on some floor outlets. My husband arrived home before they were finished so he asked again if they would look at the other work he's needing done and provide him with a quote. They did look at it and talk it over for a few minutes but still no response or quote for the work. Needless to say... My husband is pretty irritated. Strange that you can't seem to get them to want to do what would probably be a much better paying job than what they've done so far through our home warranty company. Oh well. Their loss of the business I suppose.

After so many horrible experiences with our previous home warranty carrier and their contractors, I finally found and went with another company and this job was the first claim we made with First American Home Warranty. The work order was immediately sent and we waited the recommended time before reaching out to the contractor ourselves. I left 3 voicemails and never received a call back. I finally got an answer with the 4th call and was to be called back to set up an appointment. That never happened so I went directly to the home warranty service and was put on hold while the representative made a call to them. They were able to get through and get the service call set up. The 2 men who came to do the repairs were here on time and quickly replaced the GFI outlet that was not working and causing several others to have no power either. So, while it was difficult to get the appointment made (i won't wait so long to call them my own self next time), we were pleased with their punctuality and short amount of time it took to get the job done. While they were here, my husband asked them about doing another job for us that would not be anything related to the home warranty. They said they would be able to do it and that they would have a quote put together for him. That has never happened and my husband is a bit angry because neither man can recall the conversation or even remember being out here on our property in the first place. I am more understanding than he is but now that we have a second electrical claim he is not pleased that they will be sending the same company. Hopefully, I can smooth things over with him and they will be better at contacting us on this claim and he will feel better about having them go ahead with the additional work for us. It isn't easy to get contractors to want to come out here to Blanchard even though it is only 25 min from the city. I'll be back on here after this second claim is completed! Hopefully with a good report.

The professionals at ESP go above and beyond. They are amazing people. We are having a generator installed by them. Their prices beat everyone else's. I will remain loyal customer.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.
