Excellent Service! Highly Recommend!

After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

Had Toby come out to fish a line of coax cable in an outlet where AT&T had cut the cable resulting in a faceplate being unable to be installed by Cox (Who I am getting new services with). His services were quick and got the job done well. My issue with his services is that they are extremely expensive. For fishing the single line of Coax, I was charged $517.00. It wasn't till later that day I found out that Cox would do the same work for $50-$125(Depending on existing cables). It was a hard lesson learned, next time I'll make sure to do my research before jumping the gun

Ice Storm Oct 2020 we had a huge amount of limbs come down & rip the power line off the back of our house. Called tons of electricians and Joe was the one who called us back. He came right out and looked things over and the very next day Joe and his crew, Riley, Josh, Jacob & TJ came out and repaired our line. They went above and beyond with their work and even helped my husband pull a limb down off our crushed attached(now not attached) back porch. Robert Baxter and his team did a wonderful job replacing 7 light fixtures in my home. Ranging from medium to large and including three (6) foot crystal chandeliers--I am amazed at the job they did in about a day and a half. Robert Baxter Electric is an obvious choice for any electric work that you want done correctly and quickly.

Generator Service technician (Austin M) did a great job. He was very courteous and took his time to make sure everything was OK before leaving. I will definitely schedule faith electric again next year. Thanks again.

Made my problems electrical problem disappear. I attempted to wire a complicated switch in my home by myself. That didn't go well. Before I knew it the light in the bathroom was being switched by the switch in my office. Fitzgerald Electric got me sorted out in no time at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Blue Sky Electric is a service company with integrity. Our HVAC company referred us to them on a hot summer day. We were having an issue with one of our HVAC units and Blue Sky came over promptly to resolve the problem. I was so impressed with their knowledge and skill I invited them back for a different project. They completed the job correctly, with efficiency and at a very reasonable price. Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

They came to my house in order to “give me a quote” but I never heard back from them even after I followed up with them asking when I could expect a quote.
Seems super unprofessional and disrespectful to come into someone’s home and not even give a quote.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

I've had 3 encounters with Faith Electric and all have had to do with home generators. The first was great, we had just bought a house with a whole-home generator and I had them come out to change the oil and show me the ins and outs of the system. The tech was great in explaining everything. A year later I had them come out to change the oil again but I wasn't there for a before-agreed-upon price, something like $40. The tech proceeded to without authorization from me change out the air filter and oil filter and I got a bill for $240. When I called the tech and the office they would not work with me and I paid the bill after vowing to never do business with them again. Fast forward, just bought a house in Edmond with a generator which is running flawlessly. Got a notice on the door from Faith that we needed to do yearly preventative maintenance; I went out to the generator (I check it weekly) and the diagnostic screen said the battery was bad. I checked the battery (full charge) and reset the warning light. It's still running weekly and testing out fine. Interesting that the warning light came on right after they checked my generator...I know lots of reviewers have had excellent service from this company but my experience has been less than satisfactory.
