After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Robert Baxter and his team did a wonderful job replacing 7 light fixtures in my home. Ranging from medium to large and including three (6) foot crystal chandeliers--I am amazed at the job they did in about a day and a half. I called Brian to do the electrical install for a new hot tub in my backyard. Brian was very professional and prompt. Due to issues with the hot tub delivery, I had to reschedule several times during the week, but Brian was very patient, understanding, and accommodating to these changes. He even came out on a Saturday morning (with literally hours of notice) to get the final install completed so we could enjoy the hot tub Saturday night. Brian checked back Saturday night to make sure we were all set to go. His communication and professionalism is excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and he genuinely wanted to get us in the hot tub as soon as possible and do it safely. We will definitely be using Blue Spark and Brian for our next electrical project.

We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! It's hard to know where to go when you don't use a service very often. This company was Tesla certified and was able to coordinate installation shortly after the charger was delivered. They arrived on time gave us confidence it was done correctly.

Just had work done by McNatt Electric on my two ceiling fans. After many months of trying to figure out what the issue was, the technician was able to identify the issues after careful troublshooting. Thankfully, it was nothing more than needing to replace the remote batteries or the remote and receiver itself. The house is 11 years old, so it may be due for a change. I was worried it was something big like an electrical wiring problem. I gave a 4-star because the technician arrived late, but at least he called let me know he was on his way. He knows his job very well and did everything in a decent and orderly fashion. So I was very happy with result. Definitely recommended.

I used this company with first American home warranty. It took me a few calls to reach someone to set up an appointment. However, when I did Chuck was very professional, friendly and courteous. We got an appointment set up for the next day. They helped fix two light switches and a plug in under the home warranty. They then helped me with an other electrical issues on my breaker panel, switching out two switches from a 50 to a 30 amp for my AC unit so it would be up to code. The two guys that came out were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. The price to fix the breaker was very reasonable, all in all I’m am happy with the results.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
