After several months having issues with mom and pop electrical shops and even the national brand Mr.Sparky. These guys came out and fixed my outdoor spot lights within an hour. I asked if they had time to also look at my smart switches that I have been struggling with. Without hesitation they installed all my smart home switches. Now I can turn my lights on and off with just voice commands.

Will definitely use Bison Electric for all future projects.

This is an update of my experience with Passion Electric. Bo called me on the weekend after he saw my review and was very apologetic for not contacting me previously because he did not receive my request for a return call. I felt he was very sincere and disappointed that he was not notified about my call. As I said originally, I was pleased with the quality of the work and after his review of the charge I have confidence in his ethics and concern for his customers. I’m happy to change my original rating to five stars!

I called Passion Electric because of all the 5 star reviews and described my need for repair from a house inspection result. The electricians came and gave me an estimate of $597.55 and approximate 2 hours to complete the job. I thought this rather high, but with my limited knowledge of electrical issues and the need to make the panel safe, I stupidly agreed. They completed the job of rerouting wires and correcting the dryer breaker wiring in 45 minutes. I have no issue with the completed work but rather with the exorbitant price to complete a job with short labor time and few parts.
I called Bo, the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction and left an email but after almost two weeks have not received a return call or email. On the web site, Bo states he is a Christian. As a believer myself, I find it disappointing that Passion's business practices seemingly take advantage of customers' limited knowledge about electrical matters and their desire to be safe instead of completing a job with a reasonable profit and not taking advantage of the situation. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Do as I should have done if you do use them - get a second estimate.

Ice Storm Oct 2020 we had a huge amount of limbs come down & rip the power line off the back of our house. Called tons of electricians and Joe was the one who called us back. He came right out and looked things over and the very next day Joe and his crew, Riley, Josh, Jacob & TJ came out and repaired our line. They went above and beyond with their work and even helped my husband pull a limb down off our crushed attached(now not attached) back porch. If you are looking for someone to help with your electrical needs call Grider Electric. They will do a great job!

I had an appointment with one of their competitors recently. It went horribly. I canceled and called Baxter. Robert was easy to deal with and his guys made it to my place the next day. They did the job in an hour and for $690 rather than the $1200 the other guys quoted me. I offered to tip them but they declined and said they were just doing their jobs, no need to tip. Awesome company, I highly recommend them.

From top to bottom it was first class! They have installed now a generator for my parents, my sister and most recently me. If you’re looking for a top shelf service with top grade quality equipment to be installed this is your go to. I can’t say or stress enough about how Austin, Matthew, TJ and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Best in the business hands down and if you don’t believe it then see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

I called Brian to do the electrical install for a new hot tub in my backyard. Brian was very professional and prompt. Due to issues with the hot tub delivery, I had to reschedule several times during the week, but Brian was very patient, understanding, and accommodating to these changes. He even came out on a Saturday morning (with literally hours of notice) to get the final install completed so we could enjoy the hot tub Saturday night. Brian checked back Saturday night to make sure we were all set to go. His communication and professionalism is excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and he genuinely wanted to get us in the hot tub as soon as possible and do it safely. We will definitely be using Blue Spark and Brian for our next electrical project.

Our experience with Performance Electric surpassed any and all expectations. Every time I called, I talked to a real person, who remembered me. Brody had our powered restored within 1 1/2 hours, was very professional and friendly. I can't thank the Performance Electric team enough for the absolute best customer service! We’ve been using Right on Electric for a couple of years now for all our electric needs. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. You can depend on them for an of your electrical needs.

We had an electrical fire that revealed many problems with our old wiring and Blue Sky was hired to completely re-wire the property. Stefan and Tucker showed up everyday on time and in good spirits to handle this daunting task. They were very kind and respectful and were a pleasure to have on the job! Since the job was done we’ve have no issues and everything is now up to date and working great. Thanks also to Nick and the owner for coming out and inspecting and assuring us!

It's hard to know where to go when you don't use a service very often. This company was Tesla certified and was able to coordinate installation shortly after the charger was delivered. They arrived on time gave us confidence it was done correctly.

James at j&r electric was very professional and and on time. We remodeled our house and the came out and upgraded our panel and ran new wire. The price was very reasonable. I will use the on my next project.

They did a great job! Even vacuumed my garage before they left. They had the entire job done in 1 day and they hooked my fridge up to a generator until they were done!

I used this company with first American home warranty. It took me a few calls to reach someone to set up an appointment. However, when I did Chuck was very professional, friendly and courteous. We got an appointment set up for the next day. They helped fix two light switches and a plug in under the home warranty. They then helped me with an other electrical issues on my breaker panel, switching out two switches from a 50 to a 30 amp for my AC unit so it would be up to code. The two guys that came out were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. The price to fix the breaker was very reasonable, all in all I’m am happy with the results.

Faith did a good job installing a generator. After that, I endured several years of frustration with them servicing my generator. I would call and leave messages and go weeks before getting a call back. Technicians were difficult to get scheduled. It was a hassle. I found someone else to service the unit and was happy with them. During the recent ice storm my regular service provider wasn't able to help. When I called Faith, a man answered the phone and began telling me that the problem presenting itself was all my fault, that I should call the other people back. I stopped him and said bluntly do you want to come out and work on this generator or not? That was met with him arguing with me and being rude. I'm done with Faith. Their customer service skills are ridiculously poor and I will never put myself through the frustration of having to call and beg for someone to come out to my house again.
