And most importantly, he was very willing to work WITH me on coming up with the plan, explaining different options and the pros and cons of each. Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

They installed a new Generac system for us and did a great job!! Very quick, professional, on time and price competitive!! We over all love our investment/installation decision made with Synder Electric. Highly recommended!!

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

Great company they have done amazing work on my house. The guys know exactly what they're doing and come out get the work done. They also are willing to work with your insurance and mortgage companies as well. Nothing but good things to say about them always recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I use this company a few times, and each time they have been very upfront with cost and are willing to do the job on the same day. Big shout out to Richard and Mason for being efficient and transparent with the job.They listened to my requests and honored them. The total cost also was cheaper than expected so that is a huge plus.

Josh came out for a Hague water system and tankless for my house. He was very professional and knowledgable about his product and field. They are a great company and we will use them again and again.

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.
