Mike & Todd were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard all day in the scorching heat upgrading our electric panel and making electrical repairs in our well house and upgrading an underground junction box. Had a generac generator installed. Process was super easy and Nathan explained everything in detail. Any question I had he would answer in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get a generator installed.

Mike saw an issue I had on Facebook and came out on a Saturday. I was a day off after hours worst case and his rates and quickness was awesome.

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

One of their drivers just now almost ran us off the road and rear ended another driver. We were traveling on Broadway in Moore. Speeding and wreckless driving are never good and are especially terrible when driving a company vehicle.

Due to a trucking accident, the power wires connected to my house were ripped out, causing damage to my meter base and riser. I was without electricity for most of the day, so I called Barnett Electrical and they were quite prompt about coming out to replace the damaged equipment, even though it was after hours. However, even after they replaced the damaged equipment, I was still without electricity for the entire weekend after the city of Edmond had finished repairing the power lines along the street. I was later informed by the city of Edmond that Barnett Electrical had apparently installed the wrong type of meter, so they needed to pull permits. I immediately called Dustin at Barnett Electrical and he was most apologetic and said he would take care of the problem. He and Derek came out after hours to replace the meter...and within a short period of time, I had my electricity back on. Dustin told me that had made an honest mistake...and that he was very sorry that I was without electricity for the entire weekend. Anyway, I greatly respect a company that owns up to their mistakes and immediately takes care of the problem, even if it is after hours. Therefore, I will continue to use their services whenever I need electrical work done in the foreseeable future. They are definitely a top notch company!

When other companies could not come out towards the end of the day or wanted to kick us over to after hours charges, Integrated came with no issues to fix our air unit. Honest, professional diagnoses, repair, and pricing.

Todd was great and professional. Will call and use Integrated services again.

Had a generator installed by this company. Everything initially was perfect. The crew that installed the generator did an excellent job.

After they left things went down hill! I had to repair a whole in my garage from the new electrical box, that was not covered in the initial sales call. Then I had to manage the inspectors to check the work and the gas company to complete the process.

I was told the owner was going to call me concerning an add for a free serge protecter that I had just paid $350.00 for!

He never called ……. Several times I called with questions and left a message, and never received a call back!

This company took my money and completely disappeared from sight.

Your process is broken, and so is my confidence in your company.
