I called rather late on a Thursday evening and spoke to the lovely rep who was very kind professional and willing to help. The electrician came first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and gave great service! He got us up and running right away. We are thoroughly happy with using this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were responsive by text to get everything in motion. Quickly set up a walk through to give me an estimate. They worked around the schedule of the tenants which was tricky, and stuck to the plan, so the repairs could be completed in a timely manner. All workers were courteous and professional. They were respectful of my property and how everything would look when completed. Don't hesitate to call them.

I used Electricians Tech last August to upgrade the wiring in my pre-war apartment (built in 1910) in Manhattan and I was extremely happy with the service. While the floors were being replaced they not only added 8 new electric circuits to handle the demands of a present day home (air conditioners, iron, hairdryers) but they also put cat6 wiring in all rooms and placed new cable wiring under the floors. All of this was done with one very experienced technician (Aron). He has experience in electrical, computer and cable wiring.

I recently moved to NYC and needed a Tesla charger installed. Extremely grateful for his service, communication, and transparency.

Ilya is the freaking best. He's fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. He's easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.

I always learn stuff when working with Ilya -- he'll explain what's going on, if you're interested. He has informed opinions on what ceiling fans are reliable, what fixtures are worth the money, etc. He called the manufacturer to get to the bottom of my ceiling fan issue. He'll give you options.

Recently I had an issue with the wiring for a light fixture. I thought I could it fix myself, with just a little help for safety and peace of mind. Ilya did a video call for 10 minutes and steered me in the right direction, at no charge.

Had a subpanel installed in basement. Took one day for the estimate, work was scheduled the following week at a time that was convenient for us not them and the work was completed in less time than expected. Great Company, honest and efficient. Couldnt ask for more.

Alex and his team are professional, honest and they will get the job done. I admired mostly that he was concerned about safety. Most people care about money; however Alex took his time to explain the job and safety precautions. He is Amazing and so is his team. The work he completed is Amazing. I had an issue with my electric baseboard heater and had an electrician come out who misdiagnosed the issue and then tried to charge me an insane amount for an issue that wasn't fixed. We then looked for another electrician near me and found these guys, and they were amazing. Their tech was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix the problem. We even had them take a look at a few other smaller items around the townhouse that they were able to fix. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!
