Called a company I had used for 8 years to hang light fixtures. Got the runaround and excuses. Said they would send bid...Didn't receive so I called new York City electricians. Spoke to George. He was great and gave me rough estimate over the phone. Called on Wednesday. He got me an appointment on Friday morning. Stanley showed up on time. He installed my three light fixtures and changed out by outlets in 2 bathrooms. Excellent service, Excellent price. Booked an appointment and amazingly it was a one-hour time frame, where other electricians that I have used were four. The service technician - Charles- arrived within the time appointment. He listened carefully to what I needed and provided clear advice. We agreed on the work that needed to be done and he began the work immediately. I called New York City electrician at 6 pm on a Saturday. The electrician I spoke to, George, answered all my questions and clearly explained the after hours pricing. He was at my home within 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed a problem with the main breaker. 90 minutes later, a new breaker had been installed and my power was back on.

Stanley was professional, cheerful, and efficient. He answered all of our questions and the job was done safely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asked.

I called for same day service we were remodeling and ran into a snag with the electrical. I had never used this company before but saw they had good ratings. They said they just happened to have a service person available. I have had two amazing experiences with New York City electrician and they have become my go to electrical services company. My most recent service was installation of 50 amp service for an RV. I got an appointment very quickly after contacting the office, and my service was installed earlier than expected. Ralph gave me a detailed and easily understandable quote, and walked me through the process. When Howard and other professionals were onsite, they were pleasant to deal with and respectful of my property. They let me know exactly what they were doing, and kept me involved all through the process. Howard was even kind to my very friendly dog! All this is to say that I will be using them again. Oh, and they have a loyalty program, which is a plus.

Had a wonderful experience as a customer. Called several companies regarding emergency with electricity; however, some were closed even though they advertise they are open 24 hours/day or those who answered could not address my issue. New York City electrician was the only company to respond positively to my situation. NYC electrician Rep, Mr. Stanley thoroughl inspected the electrical panel and appliances that were not working and conveyed to me in layman's terms the situation-that the panel would need to be replaced. Mr. Stanley was very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service.

I can’t even begin to explain the amount of panic I was in when I called New York City Electricians. I had an incident in my apartment with one of my electrical outlets and was desperate for someone to come out and take a look right away. I spoke to George on the phone who immediately put me at ease. I explained the situation and he worked to get someone out to me within a few hours and I was so appreciative. Not only that, but he continued to update me on the technicians arrival time and checked in throughout the process and you don’t always get that level of service in NY. Emilio was the technician who arrived and he was very professional and handled the job thoroughly and within 30 minutes. rewiring our kitchen and living room updating our old electrical Federal Pacific panel installing new Cutler Hammer electrical circuit breaker installing our new electrical hot water tank wire and installing our new PTAC heat pump ductless air condition units throughout our entire house ,for us in Sept2018 and did all the permitting, etc and I cannot be more pleased! I got five bids to install a 40 amp circuit and wiring to a new double oven. All the houses in our development are only capable of 30 amp. New York City electricians had absolutely the most elegant, non-invasive solution at less than half the price of everyone else who are literally going to rip up the yard and the house to do it. New York electrician came in and wired the 40 amp circuit in such a way that not a single hole was left in the ceiling inside the house only a hole in the garage which they replaced beautifully. I chose them because Stanley really knew what he was doing, communicated well, and stood by his word. I'd recommend these guys for any electrical work and I've done over 10 flip houses in East village New York

I had a very positive experience with new York electrician. There was a very quick response to my request for an estimate, and Stanley was able to come out the next day to fix my kitchen lighting. Although there was a little accident that resulted in some damage to my light fixture, Stanley immediately took responsibility, was extremely apologetic and made sure my final bill was reduced significantly. Despite the mishap, I would definitely use the company again and would ask for Stanley.

Evan restored my faith in humanity with his professionalism and expertise. His work ethic and personality are one of a kind. The contractor working on my bathroom blew out my circuit breaker leaving me without power for four days and promising each day to bring an electrician. On Christmas Eve day, a holiday when no one was working, I called New York electricians and Evan arrived an hour and a half later as promised. He had my power on in 5 minutes and fixed an electrical outlet too. Evan is my electrician from now on!

Our electrition Evan was extremely nice and professional. We had a power outage we believed caused by a water leak. I called at 6pm on a Friday night asking for emergency service and Evan was there an hour later. We had an electrical outage and how our entire home at 2 in the morning we tried to search for emergency electrician however everyone was closed until we scroll a little further down we came across New York City electricians they picked up the phone very easy to speak to and they understand exactly what happened they dispatch an emergency electrician to our home and in minutes after arrival technician name Peter found the problem and possibly save our life and our home there was a burning electrical panel down in the basement the wire was totally burned coming from the street Peter quickly disconnect the wire unwired the electrical panel he had an electrical panel in his emergency truck he gave us temporary power until they was able to come back the in the late morning when all the supply house was open so they could get the appropriate materials needed to do the final repair they left us with heat and hot water and Light they came back and took care of the problem fast and effectively with a decent price we love you New York City electrician thank you for saving our home and our lives
