Yordanys took a complicated job and patiently simplified his explanation of it so that I could understand. He called back when he said he would, he executed the job just as he said he would and when he realized he missed something in the estimate (which was already fairly priced), he added it at no charge. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule, he worked around our tenant’s schedule to complete the job over a weekend and then he followed through by scheduling and being present for the inspection several days later. Excellent communication, expert service, exceptional care.

We had a good experience. The proprietor Randy installed a fan for us. He came the next day on time, took about an hour and everything went smoothly. Very nice and professional. Reasonable prices too. Recommend.

As Mike Tyson said about Muhammad Ali, In this situation, every head must bow, every tongue confess, Electrician Techs are the greatest electricians of all time. Moshe, the owner, was super responsive and communicative. I live in a co-op, and as you know, co-ops have crazy rules about insurance, licensing, specific hours of working, everything. Electrician Techs can pass all those regulations with flying colors, and you know if they can pass a strict co-op board, they can meet any requirements. Steve was the one who stopped by to do the electrical work for us, and he is not only amazing at his job, he's also knowledgeable, patient, and an all around great guy. We had all of our old light switches swapped out, a new outlet added to a wall, an old ceiling fan removed and a chandelier installed in its place, reversed the polarity on two outlets, and a smashed light bulb from a ceiling light removed. I forgot to remind him about removing the light bulb until after he'd left, and he returned immediately to take care of it. It was completely my fault for forgetting to go through a checklist of all the work, but he was incredibly gracious about the whole thing. Even after the work was done, we reached out to them with questions and concerns, and they answered them all quickly. We are so, so happy with our beautiful new lighting and fixtures, and are planning to call on them again when we renovate. I cannot recommend them enough!

I recently moved to NYC and needed a Tesla charger installed. Extremely grateful for his service, communication, and transparency.

Ilya was wonderful! We called him after discovering that most of the outlets in our new office weren't working. He came by the next day to take a look, gave a very fair quote after just a few hours, and did the work a few days later. He fixed the issue in just about 20-30 minutes and did it quietly, efficiently, and meticulously. We're definitely going to call him back to do additional electrical work!!

Initial scope only included installation of a new light fixture. At the last minute, I thought it might be worth asking if he had extra USB outlets on hand that could be installed (time-permitting), so I asked, not really expecting much. He went above and beyond my expectations by visiting a nearby electrical store, picking up a couple outlets and staying longer to swap them in for me! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Remarkably excellent company, thus far on the quotation process and noticeably the on the dot timely arrival and other electricians do not explain the DOB rules and electrical standard clearly to laymen. It is refreshing to actually have a clear idea of what is going to be done.

Had some work done on a new apartment in a pre war building. Had old outlets changed out for new tamper resistant outlets and also updated light switches.

Tommy came within the 15 min window of the ETA, worked in a timely manner and the update looks great.

Cool, but probably an nsa fake company

I had service scheduled to install recess lighting in my home for 1300 I was running late due to military duties in base but shockingly he and his staff wasn’t they came out their amazingly decorated work vehicle and placed their masks and got to work. I didn’t feel it was that big of a job but he came with about 2 other workers. All professional i notified them of the other problems I had in my home (The Ring) doorbell wasn’t working and a outlet in my kitchen. The team diagnosed both problems fixed it and resumed to install my recess lighting the whole project took about 4 hours and I am extremely satisfied. I feel like I have a brand new home. The prices were very reasonable for a licensed electrician and I am so lucky to have honest working people come do this job for me!
