They came to my home within the hour of me calling him when the power went out in my basement. He spent 5-10 minutes. He informed me that electrical wires and the box were old and probably rubbing the wrong way. He reorganized them and said to call him and he would come back out and replace the box. He charged me a discounted fee. I haven’t had anymore issues but plan to call him if do.

I had a weird electricity issue for months that I called my home owner warranty about twice. Two different electricians came on two different occasions and could not determine the problem. I looked up local electricians and new York City electricians was the first to come up and had such great ratings. I called and explained my situation and They was able to come in the very same day so that I wouldn't have to take another day off from work. Charles is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything each step of the way and was so helpful. After he fixed the issue he even followed up to make sure everything was still working okay. I highly highly recommend New York City electricians to anyone looking for an electrician in the New York area, and will always keep in mind for any other electricity needs in my house. Randy was very professional and broke down what was needed and why regarding my tenants outlets burning out. The electricians that came in a couple of days prior, referred by a neighbor, told me I needed a ton of repairs in order to get the power restored and possibly HOURS of work needed?. They were to comeback the next day after the initial inspection and never did… And for that I’m EXTREMELY grateful. Ilya is the freaking best. He's fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. He's easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.

Not only is he a capable electrician, but I was grateful for his patience and design eye with a fixture installation that had five independent lights of varying length cords that we had to meticulously place. I contacted Titanium Electrical Corp. them for an electrical outage issue and was told to send pictures. I took the time & energy to send pics and follow up. After repeated attempts to contact them, they decided to just ignore me. I won't be contacting this company again.

We needed our electrical mast repaired since it was bent at a 45 degree angle causing our power lines to droop low across the street. Joe and his team quickly came out to access the issue and have it repaired within a few days. Joe and his team were great through entire process start to finish. I would definitely call them again.
