Service tech Brandon arrived on time and completed the work properly and affordably. After the Ship cleared the line, I paid extra for a camera view, and it was well worth the cost. The monitor displayed a large hole that the snake had bored through the root-tangle obstruction. Brandon then ran a bigger bit through the line a second time for free to remove the remaining debris. Great and honest plumber here. My kitchen faucet had been leaking and another plumber that I consulted told me to get a new faucet. (Mine is quite new, from Dec 2019, so I really didn’t want to have to replace it.) I then asked for a quote to simply reinstall it since our building handymen noted that the initial installation wasn’t done well. I got a quote from the first plumber that suggested a new faucet altogether and it was astronomical. Another plumber quoted by the hour without noting how long it’ll take. Third plumber, AABC, quoted the fairest amount based on Google ranges for this type of job. Irving just came and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was a simple issue and nothing needed to be reinstalled or replaced!
If you ever need a plumber, I’d highly recommend AABC Plumbing.

It’s Saturday morning our boiler was leaking and we could not wait for Monday to get it fixed. Tommy N came on to our house with in a few hours and fixed our boiler. Luckily he was able to fix it before it turned into a bigger problem. Tommy N was professional, efficient and delivered high quality service. The price was fair and we now have peace of mind. We will go back to Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating and ask for Tommy N with any plumbing or heating needs.

On November 6th, 2022, we asked for a plumber through Neo to address a leaking toilet. I believe we were dealing with Neha who was working the dispatch and a Spanish speaking person who did not speak English at all. Neha had to translate and we had many phone calls throughout the repair to understand what was going on due to the lack of an English speaking plumber making it a very cumbersome and inefficient process.

Although they fixed my leaking toilet by replacing a wax ring, they charged me over $700 for it and they damaged my bathroom floor tile in front of the toilet. The plumber was careless and dragged the toilet forward damaging my floor. When I complained about it and sent pictures of the damaged floor there was no accountability. As a matter of fact, the plumber denied that he damaged the floor and Neha was gas lighting me that it's common for this to happen to floors when replacing a wax ring for a toilet and that I was trying to cheat them by asking for a discount. To replace my floor will cost me about $2,000.

If it's so common to damage floors when replacing a wax ring for a toilet, they should at least inform me about that possibility before doing the work. I could have made an informed decision whether to take the risk and proceed. Or, I could have put down some old towels to protect my floor. There was no such communication.

I would not use this service again. They didn't think twice about damaging my floor. On top of that, Neha gas lighted me into trying to make me feel that I was in the wrong. They refused to be accountable and moved on.
