I contacted Titanium Electrical Corp. them for an electrical outage issue and was told to send pictures. I took the time & energy to send pics and follow up. After repeated attempts to contact them, they decided to just ignore me. I won't be contacting this company again.

I called daven electric for a large apartment ( 150 units ) building in queens which needs a new larger electrical service , all new 100amp risers , new panels and new electric range circuits ( we are getting rid of gas in the units ) and they were on-site in 2 days to review the project and I had a price in 3 days . A Few things I noticed right away the owner Dave and the superintendent Alex knew exactly what to do once I mentioned were losing gas service and needed electric ranges. They offered up 20 buildings of similar size that they had completed and /or are in middle of doing the exact same project in , the gave me the owners names and numbers to call . I called the contacts and reviews were great , I went to 2 buildings to look at the work and the work was on point and I spoke 3 tenants in the same buildings and they but nothing nice things to say about the daven team . Pricing was right in the middle of 2 other electrical contactors who had bad attitudes and poor reviews. You get what you pay for and I am going with DAVEN ELECTRIC on this project and anything electrical period

He gave a fair estimate, came when he said he would, performed the service needed and checked the system to make sure it was fully operational before leaving. Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. This is very easy to work with a team! We planned the work out via text and email, they updated quotes quickly, and the job was done up to code. The electrician near me was patient and helpful in organizing the job. He was professional and did a very clean install. Looking forward to using them again!
