The Technician did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was home. Wow a phone call AND early!! Well, it only got better. He completed all work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair. Employees are pleasant and know what they are doing PLUS took pride in their appearance. This is the first time I have used this company and I will use them again.

It was a pleasure working with George and the office staff. Very professional. They guided me through the approval process, made that easy. Installation was trouble free and they did a great job repairing the wall in the garage where the transfer switches were installed. I highly recommend this company. I had base lamps that needed to be installed and switches that needed to be replaced in two apartments for a production company. The response time to emails and calls was very quick and the electrician who completed the work was very efficient and friendly. He definitely found the right solutions to my problem (another electrician kept giving excuses on why the work could not be done). Very pleased!

Don’t use this service. Not worth your time. I had a simple job to replace sconce fixtures, booked four days in advance. I sent very specific COI requirements and was promised it’d be sent the next day. It never gets sent.
Day of service rolls around, and I call to inquire about the delay. I was tossed from representative to representative, promised the technician was 15 min away, that he’d send the COI shortly, that they’d call him and call me right back, etc. None of it happened. I cancelled services because it was such a nightmare dealing with them. DO NOT USE.

I must say that this company has the best service I have ever experienced. Very punctual and very reasonably priced. He gave me a quote and showed me how I can save a lot more money with his tips on how to conserve and save energy. I recommend this company for any of your electrical needs. They treated me as if I were family !!

There were two separate jobs that had to done at my home. First a basement outlet was not powering. The electrician was able to restore power back to the outlet within an hour time. The second job was a hallway light and outlet were not working on the second floor for quite a long time and the reason was it was connected to GFIC outlet in the bathroom that had a busted reset button. The electrician replace the GFIC outlet and the for the first time in quite a long time the hallway light and outlet were working. Overall a job well done at reasonable price.

I needed my panel upgraded and contacted Artin to have him come check the job. He was fast to come look at the panel, he got the permit from the city and upgraded the entire panel. The job was completed quickly and I was very happy with the end result.

I had an electrical violation for my building and like everybody these days, we “google” everything. Like everybody, I did my google search for an electrician and of course for the highest rated electrician. Up popped “York Electrical”, but like most people, I am always the pessimist, with the 5 star reviews, but I gave it a try and called. Once I called, Dennis picked up the phone within the third ring. I was totally surprised that the proprietor of the business would pick up, it was just like what the other reviewer said, the owner picks up all calls, its true! I was shocked, usually I would get a secretary or a person on the other line that would simple say, “uh-huh, sure, let me get someone to call you back”. Not with York, Dennis listened to my problem and told me immediately if he was able to help me or not. Dennis listened intently and asked me questions about my issue and treated my issue with the utmost care and respect that he would treat a multi-million dollar deal, of course my issue was minute compared to huge jobs, but the respect that I got from him and York Electrical made me feel that my issue was his issue, and he would take care of it.
As promised, Dennis delivered, within 3 days, the electrical permit was issued and the DOB inspection happened with no issue. I want to thank Dennis in the way he treats his customers the old school way. York Electrical is a top notch electrical contractor that will get things done and treat you with the respect and courtesy that many other business should learn from! Again, thank you Dennis! I will definitely use your services for all of my buildings in the future, and recommend you to all of my friends!
