If I could, I would give them no star for their service. They asked for $150 for doing nothing but replacing a bulb which was provided by me and switching a button. And they refused to give me the receipt unless I give them $35 more. Absolutely not recommend this company.

My experience with PK and Altman Electric was excellent. From my initial contact with Elizabeth in the main office to the service that was provided by Raphael and Omar, the staff was professional, polite, and punctual. I called on a Tuesday, and Elizabeth scheduled me in for Wednesday! And Raphael and Omar arrived an hour early. Before starting, Raphael reviewed a TO DO LIST with me. A ceiling fan and two outlets, including a GFI and light fixture, were either replaced or serviced. Pricing is competitive. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Chris, Ajai were all involved in fixing multiple electrical issues in all parts of my house. They were prompt, clean and very impressive. The job took nearly two full days, they were extremely flexible to fit me into their schedule right away for this unplannned work. Ajai even offered to stay into the night to finish the job if needed. Luckily that wasnt necessary but a very impressive sign of character. The cost of the job was much less than I expected for multiple people to work almost two full days. They insured everything was proper and up to code. Ajai was in constant communication throughout the job, kept me apprised by cell phone. The value for their service was extremely high. I have a high level of confidence in Top Brooklyn Electrician. I will certainly call Them for any electrical needs from here on out. No job is too large or small I would suspect, everyone was very nice from start to finish. They are consummate professionals!

Prompt, courteous service. Our bldg lights were out and they came within an hour and restored power immediately, explaining the situation all along the way. They will be my first call for any electrical needs in the future.

Mo misquoted both price and timing.
Instead of 3 weeks it took 3 months.
Instead of 17k it was 26k.
Mo also removed his crew from my job site on 3 separate occasions.

Had a total rewire job that was handled poorly by Mo. He underestimated and understaffed the job, and when things went bad he added costs and after every partial payment he took his crew off-site to work on other jobs.

This job could have been completed as quoted but he cut so many corners that it ended up costing everybody a lot more money.

Calvin from Mcintyre Electrical,LLC was professional, personable and efficient in the installation of (8) recessed LED fixtures.
Will look to him again for electrical projects.

Did a total rewiring in the house and electrical upgrade, from old fuse box to new circuit breaker panel. They took care of the necessary paper work. Now the house is hardwired with smoke detectors up to code. High Quality Electric on NYC, is reliable, clean, and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Mr. Franklyn Earl takes his time, and explains everything in detail, explains what he is going to check and after he will tell you what needs to be fixed and shows you in detail. Very good person to deal with I will definitely call him again!

My wife and I were having problems with a low-voltage track lighting system that was over twenty years old and no longer manufactured. Avi was terrifically helpful in accommodating to our schedule and getting someone out to assess the issue as quickly as possible. Gerry was on time, professional and extraordinarily helpful. More specifically, he patiently diagnosed the problem and ingeniously found a way to rewire the failing track segment thereby bringing it back to life. All the while, he was a gentle, easy presence in our apartment (and tolerated the occasional interference from our three cats with good humor). Not if — but when given its age — our lighting fails again we will not hesitate to contact Electrific, just as we would for any other electrical problem we might encounter. All of which is to say, we can’t recommend them more highly.
