During a recent extended power outage that impacted my business they came out on short notice to help bridge power and adapted my electric panel for generator hookup while we waited restoration. The service was courteous, professional and thorough. They maintained excellent communication during process and we were up and running within 4 hours. The price was reasonable and fair. We moved to a new home in New York upper Westside with a old fuse electric panel and we have used them here to upgrade and rewire complete, Stanley is a very professional, detailed electrician. Don’t use this service. Not worth your time. I had a simple job to replace sconce fixtures, booked four days in advance. I sent very specific COI requirements and was promised it’d be sent the next day. It never gets sent.
Day of service rolls around, and I call to inquire about the delay. I was tossed from representative to representative, promised the technician was 15 min away, that he’d send the COI shortly, that they’d call him and call me right back, etc. None of it happened. I cancelled services because it was such a nightmare dealing with them. DO NOT USE.

Awesome service, will certainly use again if needed. Fixed our bad wiring problems and replaced a panel quickly - our home is safer as a result. Communication along the way was timely, kind, and professional. Great company.

Harris is an extremely effective communicator. He makes sure that the work he’s doing is in line with your expectations and shares professional suggestions if he thinks of a better way to approach the work. We had Harris install recessed lighting, including dimmers, throughout our entire home. He also wired and installed a chandelier and some pendant lighting for us. We look forward to working with Harris on lighting projects and more!

This was my second time using Ilya's services. Ilya helpfully responded to multiple texts over several months while we tried to find suitable lights. His team showed up as scheduled and performed multiple light installations and several outlet repairs. They were fantastic.
