Amazing! I've NEVER experienced outstanding service like this from a contractor! We had a problem with an old wall sconce fixture and called H&A to come and look at it. Tony came and worked and worked on it, trying to problem-solve so we could hold on to the fixture rather than having to replace it. And boy did he do a great job! Blown away and very happy with the now-functional light fixture. Highly recommend these guys! Great go-the-extra-mile service and excellent communication you rarely find out there...

I can’t even begin to explain the amount of panic I was in when I called New York City Electricians. I had an incident in my apartment with one of my electrical outlets and was desperate for someone to come out and take a look right away. I spoke to George on the phone who immediately put me at ease. I explained the situation and he worked to get someone out to me within a few hours and I was so appreciative. Not only that, but he continued to update me on the technicians arrival time and checked in throughout the process and you don’t always get that level of service in NY. Emilio was the technician who arrived and he was very professional and handled the job thoroughly and within 30 minutes. I am forever thankful for how professional and quickly they handled the job and will be using them again should I ever have another electrical issue! Can’t thank the team enough!

This is the second time TBE has come to the rescue. I am updating upstairs living spaces in my home and wanted to replace the electrical outlets and switch some of them to combination electrical/USB outlets. Long story short - Don't waste your time calling any other electricians. Top Brooklyn Electrician provides prompt, courteous, and thorough service at very reasonable prices. Chris arrived as scheduled and quickly provided an estimate. Once I OK'd the work, he immediately started replacing the outlets. After replacing the outlets and ensuring that they were all operational, Chris discovered that there was a fault in some existing wiring (thanks to the new GFI breaker that he had installed). He let me know that I could either have him troubleshoot the problem or leave it as is (provided I signed a waiver indicating I had been advised that there was a potential electrical hazard).

Of course I OK'd the troubleshooting. Wouldn't you know it was related to a light fixture that I had replaced a few years ago. If I learned anything today - never DIY electrical updates. Leave it to Chris and TBE.

Yordanys is a certified master electrician who leads a great team of electricians. They did an elegant job designing, wiring, installing outlets and connecting power to the motorized shades in our apartment. He and his team were a joy to work with, and I highly recommend them for any job requiring expertise, experience and integrity.

Mr. Jones was very professional & repaired all light fixtures in my home (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom). My home has great lighting now and looks very modern due to the suggested LED lights he installed. It also burns less current so my light bill has significantly decreased over the past few months and there’s no doubt in my mind that it was due to all of the work done and advice given by the electrician. He also has a lot of connections and networks as well because he was able to assist me with some other great workers to take care of other things I needed done in my home that was out of his expertise.

I would use him again if necessary and have already recommended him to others whom too have been pleased with his level of work.

Harris has been amazing. He does great quality of work and is consistently reliable. He finished the job and even came back to fix one of the outlets (that someone else messed up) a couple weeks after the work was complete, free of charge.

I plugged something into an outlet and then all the ceiling lights in the upstairs rooms went out including some other outlets no longer worked. The electricians came early (after calling to make sure we were home) and found the awful neutral splice and restored the issue within an hour.

I have had 2 experiences with YORK ELECTRIC. One was to install in the correct wires for a ductless AC system. The second was to repair an electric plate. I called and gave pix on a weekend, problem was diagnosed on the phone (not an emergency) and showed up promptly that Monday. Very good experiences and I would recommend highly. Also nice that they are a local business.
