Called a company I had used for 8 years to hang light fixtures. Got the runaround and excuses. Said they would send bid...Didn't receive so I called new York City electricians. Spoke to George. He was great and gave me rough estimate over the phone. Called on Wednesday. He got me an appointment on Friday morning. Stanley showed up on time. He installed my three light fixtures and changed out by outlets in 2 bathrooms. Excellent service, Excellent price. Will use again and would never be afraid to refer them to anyone who requires electrical services. Thanks George and Stanley over New York City electricians

Overall, I thought they were great. PK & Altman was referred to us during a move from one office to another in NYC. On one hand the experience was limited because it was to disconnect some electrical wiring so that furniture could be broken down, and on the other, it was great because everything went smoothly - they showed up when they said they would, took payment the way they said they would, charged what they said they would, etc.

I had base lamps that needed to be installed and switches that needed to be replaced in two apartments for a production company. The response time to emails and calls was very quick and the electrician who completed the work was very efficient and friendly. He definitely found the right solutions to my problem (another electrician kept giving excuses on why the work could not be done). Very pleased!

Prior to meeting with Mike (the owner), I anticipated a huge bill for a comparably huge wiring project. After thoughtfully going through my office's electrical system, he proposed a number of less disruptive/less costly options which would adequately address my office's electrical needs. He appeared to be a competent/knowledgeable individual - who was quite pleasant to deal with. I certainly would use his services and those of his crew should further electrical needs develop.

I had a circuit blow during a rainstorm which caused all the lights in the apartment to go out. Thought it was going to be a big job, but Rich was able to come early the next morning and fixed it in 20 minutes. His rate is reasonable. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment with them they never gave me a time I told him that I am available all morning. i was delivering a package to a customer and I was 3 min away from where we should meet he just left. at least call before you show up. They didn't call before they show up never gave me a specific time and the guy was very rude.
