They have given excellent customer service from start to finish even gave us a follow up call to check we are happy with our heating system. Also a good price too. We would recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with a last minute cancellation at 12:00 Noon for today's 10a-2p appointment, I find it incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. They simply left a voicemail saying they got too busy with other jobs.
Hmm…that seems a bit contradictory to their website where they state [their] reputation has been built on high quality, fairly priced service...On never having to make excuses.
