They send text messages to let you know when they’re on the way and include a picture of the technician. Today I had a new water heater installed. The technicians were on time. They completed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. Great service!

Had a few preventative things done by Cool Ray. Brandin and Michael showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Let me know everything they were doing and why. Highly recommend them.

Can't say enough great things about 615 electric! Have used them for a complete remodel and most recently installation of outdoor light fixtures. This is a contractor who is fair and dependable. I highly recommend them.

It was obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority to this company. Jackie was very helpful as we scheduled our appointment and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with our service. Brendon was very nice and completed all tasks in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly when they were through. I will definitely use this company in the future.
