I previously worked with another electrician who ended up being completely unprofessional. I found Jacob the Electrician on Facebook and gave them a call. Two days later Chris and Scott showed up. They gave me a call ahead of time so I could meet them and not wait on them. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will hire them in the future.

Absolutely terrible communication, service, and all around approach to business. Will not recommend or wish my experience upon any consumer. Ron required payment before he could schedule to replace my meter base - a fairly simple project. I paid him and he cashed my check immediately. 6 weeks later and after dozens of attempts to call, schedule, and have the work that I already paid for done, I have called it quits. My attorney is now taking this matter up.

If I could give less I would. They didn’t do the work to code, they refused to fix their mistakes after I paid them in full, they lied to the city of Franklin & they tried to barge me more money to fix the mistakes THEY made. They put me in a horrible position with my permit. The will never answer the phone. The owner Ron Belford is a loose canon, ticking time bomb and was rude to me on several occasions out of nowhere. DONT HIRE THEM. They will NOT stand by their work. I should’ve known by the name...”discount” Some things just aren’t worth getting a good deal on...smh

Kevin with Leading Electric was very knowledgeable and professional. They understood the requirements to add an outlet for a freezer in the garage which included adding a circuit. They also discovered and pointed out some deficiencies of previous modifications. We intend to use their services again and recommend them!

Called Houston with an emergency and he was very quick to respond and figure out what we needed then came out to the house and fixed our panel in less than an hour! Would highly recommend!

I had a car charger installed and the wiring run to the garage to the panel was very challenging and not easy. The guys were extremely professional and made quick work with minimal drywall removal! Very impressed and would highly recommend!

I hired Eli to complete work in my backyard. He consistently no showed. Took 3 times as much time to complete the work as he quoted. The workmanship is a absolute ZERO .. DO NOT USE !!
