If I could give less I would. They didn’t do the work to code, they refused to fix their mistakes after I paid them in full, they lied to the city of Franklin & they tried to barge me more money to fix the mistakes THEY made. They put me in a horrible position with my permit. The will never answer the phone. The owner Ron Belford is a loose canon, ticking time bomb and was rude to me on several occasions out of nowhere. DONT HIRE THEM. They will NOT stand by their work. I should’ve known by the name...”discount” Some things just aren’t worth getting a good deal on...smh

The three electricians that showed up my house were prompt, did the job well, and cleaned up after themselves. Really appreciated the work and knowledge. Would use and recommend.

We received a fair estimate and knew we had a bunch of work to be done. They were on time and spent most of the day knocking out our list of upgrades. Very professional, courteous and accommodating. No problem when we couldn't switch an existing outlet to 220 and had to add a new one instead. We'll definitely use Discount Electric again and recommend them to family, friends and neighbors!

I would recommend Discount Electrical Service again and will in fact be using them to reinstall what I had them uninstall at my present location. They were courteous, fast and pleasant to work with.

Called the gentleman on the phone. He first got upset at me for asking him a question about the service. He obviously was not in the best of moods and took it out on me the customer. He aggressively told me not to talk when he was speaking. When I asked to setup a time with him while I was checking on other electricians he told me he would charge me for canceling. I told them I didn't think that was fair and he told me he didn't like me telling me how to run his business and hung up.

Discount Electrical Services immediately responded to my phone call. I needed an electrician that day and they showed up. They were on time and did a great job with my messy electrical issue. Great quality work. I will definitely use them again and I will most definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you JC and Dave.
