Brian was generous with his time and info about all the models of HVAC units. He took the time to survey the size of my property, and he showed me pricing for several different models (which seems basic, but 2 other companies did not take the time to do this). This was a big investment, and he was respectful of that and didn’t pressure me or condescend.Jacob and his crew came out the very next day and were very professional and personable. They took the time to explain the new unit and worked quickly. Jacob added a backplate to the thermostat to cover up marks on the wall, and it looks great.

Levi Merritt from Mr. Electric did a great job to fix an outdoor outlet that wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed up like new.

I have an old 1930s house and needed an exhaust fan, light switch, and outlet installed in my bathroom (not replacements, nothing was there before). I had put it off because I thought it wouldn't be affordable, but it was with JTE. Mike came out to do the work. Friendly and professional, he listened to what I wanted but also made suggestions on what would work best based on his expertise. I am very happy with the work he did, including making minimal/clean cuts in the wall which means easier repair work for me. I will definitely request him for my future electrical needs... SIX STARS
