I’ve tried calling multiple times a with no response. Why would you run a business that closes? 24/7 help is a better option. It’s sad that Lowes will answer the phone before this company does.

We had Bates Electric come out to swap out a chandelier and several other can lights with LEDs on an 18ft ceiling. Another big name electric company in Nashville quoted us over $1k for the job, but Bates came in under 1/3 of that. Chris did an awesome job and was incredibly helpful! He wrapped it all up in about an hour when the other company said it would take 4. I’d highly recommend this company & Chris for any electrical work!

Mike was fantastic. He was able to trouble shoot my issue and triple checked everything to make sure the job was perfect. He was a pleasure to talk to and informed me what was going on every step of the way.

Hiller was very responsive to my call. Curtis was friendly and professional, worked quickly to replace the garbage disposal. He explained all charges. He also was able to come early and I was called beforehand by the office asking if it was alright to arrive early. That was a very professional. The three electricians that showed up my house were prompt, did the job well, and cleaned up after themselves. Really appreciated the work and knowledge. Would use and recommend.

Contacted Leading Electric to install a 50 AMP RV Plug at a residential property. Very professional in the beginning. The quote was high, but his professionalism and being a veteran made hiring him make sense.

When he came out to do the job on day 1, a trencher went through a chain link fence after running it through a field line in our septic system.

He fixed the fence on day two and hired Steve Mill Plumbing to fix the septic. The fence repair was ok. Not back to normal, but it was ok with me. The plumber showed to temporarily fix the field line to keep ground water from entering lines.

He was told that we were hiring a plumber to fix the damage that he caused. He failed to communicate with the plumber on a price. The plumber pulled a fast one on my wife and had her pay it rather than sending the invoice to Leading Electric.

It took him 3 days to do a job that any other electrician would’ve done in half a day tops. He is now saying that a $900 repair is way too much for replacing a section of our field line. He wants to find a middle ground on the plumbing bill after charging me $2,400 for a 50 amp outlet to be wired into a breaker box with maybe a run of 40 feet of wire and after 3 days to get it done, not mentioning the chaos while trying to move into a new property with a damaged fence and septic line.

The middle ground for me is to warn people before hiring this company. Pics are of the fence, the field line sliced in half and of the mess we were left with after paying $900 out of pocket to repair the damage he caused.

Have used them a number of times over the years, mostly for new outlets and moving existing wiring. They’re prompt, have great attention to detail and are reasonably priced.
