They stand by their work; I had a ceiling fan and two outlets installed outdoors and there was some miscommunication about what I wanted it to look like. They apologized and came out and fixed it immediately, no hassle. It isn't everyday you find a company with integrity that goes the extra mile to do it right, Bryant is one of those companies.

Pros:1. They did the job and help me to add an outlet for electric bidet, install a ceiling fan and replace two electric breaker2. Jp is really responsive on the phone call and easy to reachCons:1. They’re 4 hours late on the date.2. This is my very first time hiring electrician. So probably this is normal. Without knowing ahead, they put two extra two holes on the drywall. And I need to patch it on my own or hire someone to do it. This is probably not unusual but it will be nicer to discuss it upfront.3. Extra small hole/crack near the existing switch and installed outlet4. The breaker part cost 100 each and I didn’t know the price until making the payment.Overall, the job is ok and I will probably hire them again because of the location and responsiveness. But a more detailed communication on the job would be much nicer and recommended

My AC died on me in 100+ degree sweltering, afternoon heat, and Abacus agreed to send me someone the same day (as opposed to everyone else I called, who said they'd take 2-7 days to come).Not only did the technician from Abacus arrive the same day, he was super communicative, and to my delight, he arrived hours ahead of the scheduled time.He was thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring, and fixed the problem, while taking the time to show/teach me how to check the AC unit for myself in the future.I'd definitely recommend Abacus, and use them again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment online through the Generac website and requested an estimate. They directed me to this company and emailed me a scheduled appointment for April 1st which was five weeks after my request. The day of the scheduled visit I decided to call to find out what time someone was coming. There was no answer so I left a detailed message and nobody ever called me back and they never showed up. I made arrangements to be home the entire day and waited five weeks for an estimate and this company ghosted me. I definitely would not recommend.

I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. I would not use them as their new management does not honor their obligations or try to offer solutions other than quit.

Evan and Chris did a great job! Super helpful and ran me through how to operate and clean machine. They also played with my 2 year old when she asked them to play bubbles with her! Put sheets down to protect the floors, and very nice and friendly.

Not very honest! Advertised $84 drain clean or your money back BUT when plumber got here he told me as he had to clean out the kitchen drain it would be $418 !! I asked him to explain the difference between sticking a snake down the outside cleanout and the kitchen drain out and he repeated himself kitchen clean out is $418. I told him to stop wasting his and my time! The old bait and switch trick. Very dishonest practices!!
