Scheduling was easy and they kept in almost constant contact with me up till the day scheduled. This constant contact is a far cry from many other businesses I have worked with that leave you hanging and hoping that they will show up. Professional and extremely knowledgable. I had a bad GFI out at a HOA entry where we had installed holiday lights. There was no address for the entry which baffled the computer dispatching and scheduling systems used by multiple companies. Dunman had no problem figuring things out and got the job done the next day.

The houses in this development have a slew of electric issues and these guys didn’t rake me over the coals with evaluations, etc. because they already knew what the original electrician had done (have worked in this neighborhood quite a bit) and fixed it promptly and efficiently.

Had a great experience with AC Electric when dealing with aluminum wiring (we went with the Copalum solution) and replacement of an old electric panel. Their quote was quite a bit lower than the competition (by a few thousand dollars) but that didn't affect the work - their professionalism and work ethic was stellar. Work was performed on-time (only delay was from the city permit for the panel, not under their control). Adam and his crew replaced all of the flourescent lighting in our office building with LEDs, and also upgraded some of the wiring, as well as fixing one electrical problem. Scheduled appointment for Monday May 9. Abacus called at end of day said they had to cancel. Agreed to reschedule. Abacus dispatcher said she would place a not not to reschedule as once was enough. No call on the 10th. I called and they said I would definitely be seen today on May 10. They called me and wanted to postpone until the 13th. I canceled and scheduled with a different plumbing service

Awesome! Karen (owner) came and installed two dimmer switches (one being a 3way and one conventional) as planned and at the last minute replaced two outlets that I was having trouble with. She responded very quickly to my online inquiry with a phone call, and we had her out that afternoon in between her other jobs. I appreciated her taking the time (and her excitement) to educate me in a few areas. Local small business and affordable as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :-)

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

She is kind and chock-full of integrity. The electricians came to my house on time, with smiles and a great attitude. They got the installations done quickly and efficiently and their pricing was affordable.

Daniel Toney from Fox Service came to our home today to perform the annual checkup for our AC unit. He spent about 4 hours and completed a thorough check of the outside and inside units. He advised us that we needed to replace a start-up capacitor for the compressor motor and sold us on the idea of adding a kick-start. In addition, he found some issues with the indoor unit and repaired some vent joints to eliminate air leaking into the attic. He also advised us on the wisdom of adding a float valve switch to shut the system down before overflow from the water storage. Daniel was very competent and professional. He has an excellent demeanor and we were very impressed with him personally. He was very careful with all his work and we will ask Fox to send him again for our future checkups and repairs.
