From my very first contact with ABACUS I have been impressed. From my initial email to them contacting me, no time was wasted. Once I scheduled an appointment Andrew was assigned to come to our home. He was professional, kind and efficient. Everything was explained and the work completed as promised. We know who to call if we need any additional work completed.

These guys are amazing! I love how they would not give up working on my AC until it was finally fixed! It took some process of elimination but our service guy Tony finally got it! I also like how when they say there are going to come they come! There's no waiting around the house all day. We had Efficiency install our unit 6 years ago and their service is top notch! I highly recommend.

Called Fox out for a last minute electrical issue while I’m in the closing process for selling my condo. Dominic was absolutely amazing, got there after hours at night and fixed it. The absolute worst timing for an electrical issue but am extremely happy with him being able to resolve it in a timely matter.

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. I will always recommend a job and give Damian five stars for excellent customer service

The customer service at this business has been COMPLETELY AWFUL. Every person I spoke with on the phone has not cared at all or tried to understand my inquiry. I had a tech come out and have practically been begging to move forward with them fixing my water heater and I’ve encountered nothing but rude and horrible customer service since. I would recommend this hell to no one, after the ice storm in Austin i knew to expect delays but the way this company has treated me is frustrating and sick. FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY, this is not the one. I wish i could give 0 stars.
