Very pleased with David Jones solution to our plumbing problem under the foundation. Digging under foundation was started right away to fix problem. No waiting for crew to start. Loan process for financing work was painless too! David is very knowledgeable about repairs and process to get it done.

They came out twice and I still needed bigger generator. I'll regroup and get back with them. Thanks guys!

Darius and Brandon did a good job for my house. There were couple of leaking issues in the house. I had hired several plumbing and AC companies, but the problems had not been solved. Barius and Brandon came today and found the issues and fixed them. Thank you, Darius and Brandon.

One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with the service.

I was quoted an $89 flat diagnostic fee. The tech arrived and shortly after looking at the water heater confirmed my suspicion of the control valve, but highly suggested a new water heater due to ours being 8 years old. He stated “they just don’t make them like they used too, and they only last about 9 years.” I told him all I wanted was the control valve. He confirmed they could get the part and have it replaced the same afternoon. He left the unit draining and disappeared for 2 hours. I texted ARS and within 5 seconds my doorbell rings. The tech lets me know he has been looking for the part everywhere and it will arrive on Monday ( the day of service bring TH)??? He then tells me instead of $800, he will be charging me $1100 for the valve because they have increased in price ( this is after he has sent me a quote for the services that I have already signed). The tech then proceeds to push for the water heater stating he could have it completely replaced by next day at $3000.00. At this point I decide I don’t want anything and I let him know I will wait for my husband to get home from Korea over the weekend to deal with it. The tech then proceeds to tell me that he needs to calculate what is due to him. I tell him, it’s $89 as I was quoted but he goes on to say that he had to do legwork that took time… I stop ✋ him and tell him that all I will be paying is $89 and he says that he will allow it for this one time, like really??? I’m so happy I did not go ahead with the services. I felt this young gentleman was an opportunist and a macho-sexist that took advantage of the situation. I have used ARS for 20 years and as of yesterday we will be taking our business elsewhere.
