Best Service And Maintenance in Austin TX

Max and Zack were at my house to install an EV charger. They did an amazing job and were outstanding in all aspects of the install. Very good company for ev charger installs.

Daniel did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing an electrical issue at my house. He made sure I was completely aware of what he was doing (and why) - and that I was completely satisfied with the work before, during and after the job was done. I would highly recommend Daniel and TruTec for your electrical needs. I plan to use them again soon!!

I cannot recommend Will Duhon enough. He told me that he is no drama, and man was he right. Other contractors like Fox Services gave me an estimate of $3-$4k for repairs to my main breaker box, but Will explained to me how he could do it for $1k. He did it quickly and with no hassle. It is so rare to find an honest and affordable electrician. But Will is not your average electrician, he is the best of the best in my opinion.

Impressive! What a great find. From customer service to a quick and reasonably priced service call, these guys get it. Made my headache go away quickly and at a reasonable rate.

Price Gouging to the extreme!!! I was told over the phone that the cost for my work would be around 400-600 but they would charge me $59 to have the tech come out to give a more accurate estimate but the 59 would come off the price of the work. I said that was fair, scheduled the appt. The tech came out, he was on time and courteous. When he looked at the spot where i wanted a 220v outlet installed he said it would be 1400!!! I asked how i could get one price from the office and another from him and he stated that 'they don't see what i see' I asked what he saw..he couldn't tell me. The run was only about 50 ft. from the box and when i asked for a breakdown of parts vs labor he said they didn't do that. They charge by the job as a whole. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had 5 other bonded, insured and certified master electricians come to my house for FREE estimates and they were all around the $800 range give or take a bit with the same exact parts. I am highly suspicious of their pricing methods since they can't give me an itemized list of parts vs labor. They still charged me the $59! Guess if they are making $59/hr they don't really need to do actual electrical work.

Ok - just leaving HEB on way to my car and unbeknownst to me, I dropped my phone (which also had my credit cards/ID).2 men in a Hurley Electric truck honked to get my attention and alerted me I dropped something.When they passed and asked if it was my phone, I shared it also included Credit Cards/ID. I thanked them profusely and they winked and tapped the Hurley Electric logo on the truck door and said. Don’t forget about Hurley next time you are in need.chivalry, professional and Texas warm exuded from them; which only spills over into their quality.Will definitely use them whenever I am in need!!!!!! Update Spring 2022: Call these guys before it gets hot (and they get busy)!! Our 4yo units needed new capacitors. Eric Castle was amazing!!! We are ready for the heat! Had Spring cleaning and maintenance of units also completed. Will have them back for a Fall maintenance.Summer 2018 - One of our two 11yo AC condensers died. Efficient AC was able to get us a new unit with the specs we requested. Earnest and Arthur were on time and efficient. Three weeks later our second unit died. And once again, Efficient AC came to the rescue and provided us with the same support we needed.
