Bon helped me understand how old my breaker box was and what all comes into play with installing ceiling fans where overhead lights are currently.Bon's estimates were detailed and he explained everything so I understood it. I had a great experience with Duhon Electric.My dryer stopped producing heat one night. I called them in the morning and they told me they could be at my home in a few hours! I did not expect same day service, so that was amazing in itself.They came out and inspected the dryer (even fixed a wiring configuration on the dryer) and it turned out it was an issue with the outlet. They ran out to get the part and had it up and running very quickly.I very much appreciated their sense of urgency in taking care of my issue.

I scheduled an appointment online through the Generac website and requested an estimate. They directed me to this company and emailed me a scheduled appointment for April 1st which was five weeks after my request. The day of the scheduled visit I decided to call to find out what time someone was coming. There was no answer so I left a detailed message and nobody ever called me back and they never showed up. I made arrangements to be home the entire day and waited five weeks for an estimate and this company ghosted me. I definitely would not recommend.
