Had ABACUS back for the second time. Omid, cleaned my kitchen drain and he did an amazing job!

AC Maintenance check was done a few days ago and technicians Arthur and Ernest were very professional and courteous. I got some good tips on how to keep it running efficiently and would recommend Efficient AC to anyone.

Joe Rizzo and his team finished the installation of our generac generator after our electricians left the job half finished on our new home. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We got to put the system to the test 2/2023 and it worked perfectly. It automatically started on three separate times and each time worked seamlessly. Kept our family and several friends and neighbors warm during the outages.Highly recommend Joe to anyone considering installing a generator at their home.

I would not recommend 1st Home & Commercial Services. They charged me $927 to fix a leak. Dug a hole 4ft x 12in x 18 in and replaced a one inch pipe about 18 inches long. It is my fault for approving this job. I should have sent them away when they told me it would be$500 to locate leak. Next time I will get several estimates.

Set up an appointment online for an in person estimate over a week in advance and received a conformation email showing the appointment date and time. Called 4 days prior to appointment to make adjustments to request and was informed to just the the technician when they arrive on the appointment date. 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time range I called to get an eta and was informed they did not have a record of my scheduled appointment, big waste of time

the best option for my family and for me if we talk about air conditioners, before, I used to worry about how I would keep my family comfortable in the strong changes of weather and in the different seasons of the year, but now that is a thing of the past, INCREDIBLE.

Tom did an excellent job with the plumbing of our sink. He knew the products and educated my husband and I about plumbing, water heater and HVAC maintenance services. He is a Professional and we will recommend his services to friends and family. Great communication skills and very respectful gentleman.
