Technician was fine.Their pricing comes out of a book. I got a quote to bring two furnaces up to code by replacing a 3 foot long gas flex line going into the furnace with a small section of iron pipe, with a sediment trap. The quote was nearly $700, and their trip charge is $99. A competitor quoted me $250. Pricing is outrageous.

When the power went out we heard our generator kick on but no electricity in the house. Joe had installed our Kohler generator and we gave him a call. I had lights installed in my kitchen, and now I am thinking about the rest of the house. *Update: The warranty for parts on my new A/C is for 10 years. The labor rate is $285/ hour!!!! What the hell? I didn't think they'd do this to me. Absolutely unbelievable!
