Daniel responded to my call about my unit running but no cold air blowing. Turns out the unit was frozen from the evaporator coil all the way down the line to the outside unit. Completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my air conditioning stopped cooling, it was very hot so I went to turbo, in less than 3 hours Carlos, who was very kind and efficient. He ran a full diagnostic and fixed what was wrong, the filter, in this case. It was a very efficient and immediate service, very grateful to Carlos and turbo for their work.

Karl, was very courteous when he arrived and asked about my air condition problem. He was very professional and I went about my business inside the house. He explain to me the capacitor was the problem and showed it to me. I am happy he brought the defective part and showed it to me not knowing much what part was defective.
