The electrician very knowledgeable and professional however there was nothing wrong with my switch, it was something else and they have this fee that set me back 150 dollars just for this little check up, wish they would have tell me when I set the appointment.

Trysten was our tech. Very professional, on time, and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them again. We had electrical wiring moved.

I was recently called on the phone by someone in HR (unsolicited) for a position at Berg, who immediately asked me to tell her about myself and my qualifications. There was no rapport, barely an introduction... just a call out of the blue.Let's just say this phone call turned incredibly sour very, very quickly. I am actually looking for employment, but her attitude about my experience and salary requirements made it pretty clear that she is new to the industry and clueless beyond using a checklist made by someone else to determine fit. No wonder there are so many job openings at Berg at the moment.

10/24/2014OMG I called panic stricken when 1/2 the electricity in the garage suddenly went out and I had no electrician!!! Called the emergency number and Brandon (insert superman music here) answered he showed up in 30 mins and found the problem right away!!! Brandon is fabulous!! He's honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. He's wonderful!!! I am going to recommend them to my customers!

We called Lykos Electric and AC after a series of events that were out of our DIY scope.Our HVAC stopped pushing heat at the beginning of winter.We were still diagnosing the issue when an outlet in another part of the house caught fire (likely overloaded by our space heater) and we luckily noticed the smell of smoke.Lykos scheduled 2 appts. and sent an AC tech to the first one, and Martin and his son arrived later for the electric issue.All appts were scheduled with text notification and text updates which was very efficient and professional. I was able to ask a few questions via text for clarification, and both teams arrived promptly per their appt. times.But the most important thing is that they were very professional and obviously beyond Pros. They had our heat working within an hour.After changing the burned outlet, they diagnosed the culprit which exposed a huge silent problem spanning years. They tightened wires all over the place and made things much more secure, but they also discovered areas that are not fully code compliant (even though previous work had passed inspection).They mapped out the additional work needed for us to get everything up to code and gave us a priority list. I won't consider using anyone else for the next phase of work. Martin and his team are wonderful, dependable, fair and competent.I'm really happy we found them, and I'd highly recommend Lykos Electric and AC for any AC or electric work you need.

Used Angies list to find them and was going to take advantage of a 99.00 coupon for service. Ended up being a much bigger job with a Freon leak in the coil that would require replacement of coil and new Freon to recharge the system. My service tech Arthur had some real challenges with this job from getting a new everapator coil to having to disassemble the housing to get it through the opening for the attic where he had to put it. He called me from the supply house to let me know what was happening and why it was taking so long to get the replacement coil. Had another tech Ernest come help him to get it up into the attic. Arthur spent all day and didn'r finish till about 8.00 pm he kept me informed and worked non stop till it was done. Was a good sized bill this type of work has gotten expensive but didn't mind paying the amount after it was done and that was due to the service Arthur provided I felt he had given me excellent service and follow through. You truly get what you pay for in today's economy. Will use this company again if needed and Will ask for Arthur or Ernest to perform the service call. Kudos to Efficient for having employees like Arthur who provide their customers such outstanding customer service and make you realize why things cost so much to fix as you need to pay to get the right employee..
