Rescheduled me multiple times on the day the service was to be performed. I requested a quote over the phone multiple times and told them the warranty allowance I was given for the repair, but was assured they would make it work when the tech came out.When the tech came out they wanted 2x the amount the warranty had given me for an allowanceWasted multiple days. The repair seemed costly (approximately $350 to replace the faulty breaker plus a $99 after hours charge), but we’re grateful it was taken care of quickly and with good service.

We had a dryer poorly installed by Lowes that resulted in a gas leak. Matthew came by within an hour of calling and fixed the issue. He was extremely polite and efficient, and resolved the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend and use 1st Home again!
