These guys are fantastic! This was the second time we have hired them. They were about 2 weeks out for scheduling after the walkthrough, but it rained the very next day so they squeezed us in! Alejandro came when he said he would and hooked us up with a new breaker and a dedicated line to our heater. It worked out great because we were able to use the heater on the coldest night of the Fall so far and we feel safe with the work they did. Priscilla is a pleasure to speak with and Luis is great also. I can't say enough about this company. We will hire them again and refer them to anyone who needs electric work in Austin. They installed dozens of new light fixtures when we first moved onto our current home, installed a new breaker panel, and have done a variety of maintenance and repair projects. Anthony from Volthouse was actually early for the appointment and was super accommodating in explaining to me each step of the way as he accurately diagnosed the root cause of a faulty exterior porch plug (had not worked for the last 17 years) and quickly fixed a loose connection on a bathroom light fixture. He was personable and wore a face mask the entire time he was working in my home as well. I cannot recommend Anthony highly enough to express how satisfied I am with his work. Professional yet personable, quick, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Browne sent a representative named Laura to survey the work requested. She was on time and professional. She created a clear proposal with multiple options.Adam came to perform the work. He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

Never ever in my 55 years have had a professional trade technician whether electrician, plumber, home builder or HVAC tech charge me for phone calls and text messages. I have many friends in the above mentioned trades that have not or never will charge for this. Job was not completed and when this person abruptly left the property she failed to reinstall the breaker subpanel cover in my garage as well as my attic access. Had to hire another company to complete the work . New company had to replace a faulty GFCI circuit breaker that A One installed in my electrical subpanel that they charged me for. I agreed to pay this company minus cost of phone calls/text messages as well as my time to install the subpanel cover, attic access cover and the late payment fees. Not acceptable to them. Now being threatened by a lawsuit for theft of service. Beware if you choose to hire this company.

Texas Electrical Services installed a couple of outlets and did a few other jobs done around my house. They were easy to work with, they arrived on time, they were professional, and they did a great job. I'll definitely call them again.

Clint, Shawn, and Cory did a fabulous job replacing and upgrading the mast and breaker box at our house. They were punctual, neat, and willing to go beyond what it takes to make everything right. Highly recommended!
