Klock’s came recommended by our realtor. They have done excellent and quality work at our home. Their estimating is either spot on or close to what we end up paying. They are also very clear on what work needs to be done and suggest alternatives that may be more budget friendly. Everyone we have dealt with on their side has been courteous and professional.

Very professional and friendly company work with. They came out early next day to help me fix a GFCI issue. On time, polite and absolutely know what they were doing. 100% will use them next time we need electrical help.

I needed several lighting upgrades i wanted in my condo and they did everything i asked for perfectly and without making a big mess or destroying my new place. The guys who worked on my wall sconces etc were very knowledgeable . I plan on calling them soon again.

AC Electric is super. I needed a circuit breaker replaced for my AC compressor. Mike Short showed up after closing hours and had it installed in a few minutes.

Just replaced my old inefficient lighting system with a new LED system and I am so pleased with the results. The certified electrician was able to install everything in a way that looked great, and he did it in one day while also getting the job done on time.

I will not work with Bryant. When I called, the gentleman that answered the phone was abrupt, impatient, and hung up on me before I could explain why I was calling. Even if he could not help me, there was a great lack of professionalism on his part.

Ok - just leaving HEB on way to my car and unbeknownst to me, I dropped my phone (which also had my credit cards/ID).2 men in a Hurley Electric truck honked to get my attention and alerted me I dropped something.When they passed and asked if it was my phone, I shared it also included Credit Cards/ID. I thanked them profusely and they winked and tapped the Hurley Electric logo on the truck door and said. After a recent ice storm and Austin's latest surprise reversion to 1890's living, I had enough. I bought a 7500 AMP generator. I needed a 50A inlet on the side of the house for said generator. Austin Electrical Services quoted me for an interlock kit that allows me to disconnect my house from the mains and run it off the generator. They showed up on time, did the work professionally, and briefed me on safe use of the system. They're local, and I recommend them!

Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

Team immediately set up appointment, provided arrival updates, arrived as promised and swiftly assessed and repaired the issue.

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.
