My tech, Drew Ross, was very professional and personable. He explained what he diagnosed as the problem and explained my options. Best and worst case scenarios. Replaced my shut off valve to dishwasher (best case) and informed me of 12 month warranty. Will definitely call 1st Home for future repairs.

Jeremy and Pedro came out to help locate the source of a leak for me. They were very quick and knowledgable, and they even stayed to help me coax a bird out of the house that had managed to get in and was flying around! The bird and all involved parties survived, and I really appreciate the excellent service and the way that Jeremy and Pedro went the extra mile.

There needs to be a sixth star to accurately review the service we received from APC! Alton Copeland, a master electrician, and his son came on time and went right to work with a friendly, professional attitude. They explained the work they were doing as they moved along (including showing us an outlet that had previously shorted out behind the wall, out of sight). The charge was quite reasonable and their suggestions for future maintenance was appreciated.
