My technician Dereck V. was awesome! I’ll definitely be asking for him again.The dispatch center I am not thrilled with however. The people are plenty nice but they’ve got some business practices I’m not sure about. Things like calling twice to bypass focus mode on iPhone (this should be reserved for true emergencies imo), not giving the technician specific instructions on how to find the house, allowing a (prior) technician to sign a service agreement for me and more.

Overall I'm giving a 4 star review. And I'll try to be quick without all the details. The salesman gave me an honest accesment on exactly what I needed. I still think it was too expensive after getting 3 different quotes. But this one was the best. My unit was installed in the same day I was quoted which was great. Problem came when the unit stopped working because the drip pan sensor shut down the unit 20 hours after the installation. There was to much water in the pan. That's a great feature by the way. I was upset because the night of the installation they had trouble with it and said they fixed it. The drain was clogged and they didn't clear it out properly. But they fixed the problem within 48 hours and I now have a new A/C and Heating system. Thank you Efficient Air.

I can’t tell you how thankful I am for the job Chris did. An outside pipe broke at night and it was 28 degrees. I must’ve called literally 10 companies and none offered to come out that night. Chris did and (along with Casey) dug deep into the ground while it was freezing outside to fix the pipe. And on top of all that, they charged half of what a competitor told me over the phone they would do it for. I never comment on these things but I had to. These guys are legit.

The technician, Sam, came within the arrival window, identified the issue within minutes, and repaired it fast. The system is working great now. Sam was courteous and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better more efficient AC repair.

BUYER BEWARE! This was a bait-and-switch scheme. They advertised an $83 drain clean out special. I had a plug in my hall bathroom that needed a clean out. Their tech came in and cleared the clog. Then he charged me $638.00 for this! This is OUTRAGEOUS! I will NEVER use these thieves AGAIN!
