We had a main breaker issue which kept tripping. I contacted Dial One Electrical services multiple times. Eric helped answer all my questions and he is very patient during the process. They were also able to find the electrician to come to help us with very a short notice. Overall very happy.

I had a major remodel project involving moving my electrical box, installing a new pole, running electrical underground, installing over a dozen new boxes with fixtures, and dealing with the City of Austin electrical inspections. He was early to the work assignment, did an excellent job on trenching, running low voltage wire and installing 4 spot lights for a HOA entrance sign. Worked quickly to complete the job. Daren arrived on time. I explained our issue with the oven, he checked it out and explained the problem. He repaired it promptly and left it better then when he arrived. We both were baffled how someone could of wired the 220 plug incorrectly. All good and if we need an electrician again we'll call Armadillo Electric.

I had a house fire and need them to come out and look at my system and replace air ducts and HVAC. They did a good job in getting it done right and getting the insurance approval.

I want to say upfront that I have not gotten work performed by Hurley's Electric Services. However, last night we had an electrical emergency around 9 pm for whom we were calling around for a visit that evening. Hurley's was unable to get me an appointment, but gave me a call back that evening so I wasn't waiting for a response. The caller then spent some time giving me some safety tips for dealing with the issue until a professional could come visit, and also made some recommendations for seeking out someone who was available. I so appreciate his time and guidance during a spooky situation and think it said a lot about his integrity, professionalism and degree of customer service.

I am simply heartbroken as I believe this location is out of business. I've called every phone number and emailed every contact and everything bounces back or says it's disconnected. Y'all did such amazing work! What happened?

Be very careful when you pay a prior payment because they put a small words with “non-refundable” at the bottom of the invoice. They did not work for me and not cooperative to refund even they said they they could refund. We are under dispute about this matter.

ATX Elec. was fantastic to work with. I had a very uncommon (so far) need of for a generator manual transfer switch where my F-150 Powerboost acts as the generator. Some electricians were very slow to come and talk to me about it and some essentially hung up the phone when I told them that the F-150 was the generator.ATX Elec. was excited for the project once I explained what I was doing. They sent out a tech in just a couple of days to review what was needed and started the work on the spot! After working through a few issues they were able to get my manual transfer switch up and running and I couldn't be happier. No more power outages for me!ATX Elec. was was, professional, and ready to tackle something new. I really appreciate their help.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.
