James, arrived on time. He inspected all the issues I needed to be addressed, took time to inspect the whole house and list issues that weren't so obvious and well. I'll be addressing those at a later time. Once James gave me the upfront pricing and I agreed, he proceeded to work off the selected items one at a time, He was a fast and diligent worker, and was complete with the whole job faster that I had expected. I would recommend this company to anyone I know who needs electrical work done on their house

Amazing service, very professional. Max came into my house and i forgot to put my dog up, but he loved on her to make her feel comfortable. Then got to work on a couple of bad Fuse's. Super quick, and very reliable. I will go to him for all of my issues now, way better than waiting for 3 days for some other company to possibly try and show up. He said he would be there within a few hours and kept me up to date with texts and calls. That's real service right there.

Nick and his partner were great at the panel change out. They had it completed in little over 1/2 a day! The panel was so much better than the old one. Surge protection and 200 amp grid break away switch is something I have never had in the 45 years we’ve lived in this house we had built. I’m so happy with the new panel, it’s access. These fellows really know their electricity. I hired TruTech because they are not Jack of all trades as others are they are professional electricians. I was absolutely amazed with Duhon! I was expecting to wait forever, and pay a fortune to have my problem fixed. William picked up the phone, was friendly and even tried to help me troubleshoot it myself over the phone; who does this anymore?! Amazing! When we couldn't figure it out, he said that he could come out and help me the same afternoon. Again, who does this?! And for such a reasonable price. . . Duhon does! Out of this world amazing service and super friendly. Will be doing business again with him in the near future and he will now be my go to for all electrical work! Thanks Duhon!

TERRIBLE!!!!! They were the fastest to respond to my email inquiry for a fairly decent sized job. The guy they sent out quoted about $576 for the job and I gave the go ahead. The scheduler, Tracy (I think it was) called to set the work date and left a message that it would be the following week, about 7 days out and for me to call back to confirm. I called back and Tracy was not there but the fellow I spoke with confirmed the Thursday first call appointment. We even discussed how since they're right down the road from my house that they should get to my home by 8:30am.On Thursday around 9am, after having taken time off work to be home, I decide to call them to find out if they are running behind. Tracy informs me I never called back to confirm; I told her I did and she very nonchalantly stated, well he didn't tell me. She then said the earliest they could reschedule the job was for 3 days later. I just told her to cancel the job.I was astounded at her nonchalant attitude, not even any offer to try and check with one of their tech's whether they might break free to do even part of the job. Any responsible, courteous, customer caring company would have at least tried that, or offered some sort of discount on the proposed bid.If they have a Don't Care attitude before the work is even started, imagine how shoddy the actual work must be.

I am recommending this company without hesitation. Everyone I talked with, from making the initial contact and appointment to the electricians who arrived were courteous and professional. Today and Alec were the best - professional, personable and informative. Alec is an apprentice electrician and I observed how Cody interacted with him, teaching him on several different occasions. There is obviously a lot of respect and courtesy given between colleagues. These are the kind of people I like to have in my home doing work for me. I plan on having them back in the next several months to do more work.

Amazing, just pure greatness. Gabriel came out on a Sunday on fathers day when no other electrician would answer their phone after a tree fell on my powerline and not only did he do a great job when Oncor would not reconnect power because there wasnt anyone in the city of round rock to do an inspection and sign off on it because its freaking Sunday. He literally sat on the phone and argued with Oncor for hours and called anyone he could call that worked for the city of round rock. He seriously sat there and told me I'm not leaving until I get your power back on and sure enough after hours on the phone arguing he did it. So yeah hit this company up on Yelp Facebook where ever you see the name Capital City Electric great great great company! Oh and this is a Real Deal Holyfield true story.

Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate from Mike to run the electrical for my hot tub.Mike came out to my house and gathered all of the information he needed. He said he'd follow up with me in a few days with an estimat .Never heard back from Mike even after several follow up calls and emails.

I refuse to use a company when the secretary is rude and dismissive. There are so many great businesses out there. How can you trust one with a rude secretary? It must be run poorly. Fire that lady please.

Our electricity at home kept tripping out, eventually it wouldn't turn back on. We had freezers full of meat and didn't want it to defrost. I rang this licensed electrician and he had a couple of guys out within the hour. They quickly found the fault fixed it and were finished in no time. Thanks for being so professional, this company seems to be organized.

Jonadan the owner did my electrical work this morning. He was early to the work assignment, did an excellent job on trenching, running low voltage wire and installing 4 spot lights for a HOA entrance sign. Worked quickly to complete the job. Excellent communication throughtout the process. He had the lowest bid among the 4 finalist. I am having him doing another job when he has the time. al

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

On time. Courteous. Fairly priced. Professional. Cleaned up afterwards.

Update: Had them come back out for more work and it was just as good as the first time.

My parents needed some work done on their home, so we called and someone went out to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. We accepted and asked that permits be pulled to begin the work, 8 weeks later and no work has initiated. I have called numerous times to try to figure out the status of permits and only got one reply “yes and still working on it.” No other follow ups , no returned calls , didn’t even have the courtesy to say that the company was too overwhelmed with work to complete the job . Don’t expect professionalism and much less for something be done in a timely manner.

Hired Retiz Electric through Angis and was not disappointed. They installed a level 2 EV charger in my garage.They were professional, the outcome is very clean, and they were fairly priced especially when compared to the recommended installers by the company I purchased the EV charger from.

We upgraded our main panel and ran about 200' of wire to a sub panel in a guesthouse we added. Got quotes from three different companies. Eskew Electric's price came in about the same as one other company and much cheaper than the third. I ended up going with Eskew Electric because Sammy took the time to talk over details when he came out to quote the project. I also appreciated that he gave the most detailed quote, so I knew exactly what I was paying for (they were the only quote that included the gauge of wire they were installing).I'm very happy with the quality of the work.I had to wait about a week to be scheduled for the various phases of the project, but I can hardly blame them for being busy. Plan accordingly.
