Brock and Dylan were exceptional! We have a 1970's home and wanted to update the lighting, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets. The installed the Lutron Caseta switches with wireless remote and mobile phone control of the lighting.We scheduled the appointment with Grayzer. They confirmed the dates, sent an email letting us know Brock and Dylan would be arriving the next day. They called us to let us know before arriving each day. Trutecelectric sent Bon Lafayette, a licensed electrician working on his Journeyman license to give me a bid on replacement of fan and installing of outdoor outlets. Bon was very explicit about answering all of my questions. He was honest and explained pros and cons of various options. I accepted his quote and his work was equally efficient. He welcomed my continuing questions and explained each step he took. I would recommend this company for all electrical jobs.

Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.

Booth installed a 220 line for my new electric range (had a gas range previously). He kept me informed of his progress through the entire visit. He conducted a electrical safety check and explained what he did when he was finished. He even swept the floor before he left. If you came into my house now, you would never guess that my new range had been installed today. I will use Bryant Electric again for my electrical needs.

Cameron was great. Called before coming, and he showed up on time. Was very respectful of our home and polite. He fixed our condenser on our ac unit and we didn’t get charged an arm and a leg. Same day call to get service. Will use them for sure. Love the commercials!

Never ever in my 55 years have had a professional trade technician whether electrician, plumber, home builder or HVAC tech charge me for phone calls and text messages. I have many friends in the above mentioned trades that have not or never will charge for this. Job was not completed and when this person abruptly left the property she failed to reinstall the breaker subpanel cover in my garage as well as my attic access. Had to hire another company to complete the work . New company had to replace a faulty GFCI circuit breaker that A One installed in my electrical subpanel that they charged me for. I agreed to pay this company minus cost of phone calls/text messages as well as my time to install the subpanel cover, attic access cover and the late payment fees. Not acceptable to them. Now being threatened by a lawsuit for theft of service. Beware if you choose to hire this company.

We got a message in advance informing us about arrival time.Asahel and Miqneya turned up on time (actually 5mins early). Both were very courteous, professional, and helpful. Did the job (gas bonding) quickly and efficiently, and answered questions I had. Great service from start to finish from company. Prices were inline with other quotes (5 other providers).

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

She is kind and chock-full of integrity. The electricians came to my house on time, with smiles and a great attitude. They got the installations done quickly and efficiently and their pricing was affordable.
